Today's note 👇 අද සටහන 👇 Another warm day in February is coming with this beautiful sunrise. My surroundings are full of flowers and fruits gifted by nature. So today I'm getting ready to make some delicious little snacks and drinks using what's around in the mountains where I live. These days, red hibiscus flowers are everywhere. So it is best to add red flowers to food as they have the ability to cool the body in this hot season. With the fresh sunrise, I went to pluck the hibiscus flowers. These days are the time for pomelo to ripen. Guava trees are also ripening. I am always used to making pickles by combining all these delicious fruits. That way you can eat all the fruit sweetly without wasting it Chow Chow is a vegetable that grows all over Sri Lanka. Chow fruit can be seen almost everywhere, but most people only know how to cook it as a chow curry and add it to food. Today I am making a chewy sweet dish with chow. As dry fruits, these can be used when making things like cakes, ice cream and buns. This video has been presented along with the past rural beauty of our country by collecting these things from nature. Thank you very much for coming to the home of the free village to watch my videos. දෙවැට පුරාම පිපී වැනෙන රතු වද මල් මේ ගිනියම් පෙබරවාරියේ රතු ඉරට අත වනන වෙලාවෙ ඉර රස්නෙ වැඩි වෙන්න කලින්ම මේ සොබාදහමෙන් දෙන අපූරු රතු පාට ටික වට්ටියකට එකතු කරගන්න ආවෙ හනි හනිකට උදේම එන මද හුලගට පැණි කුරුල්ලො ගී නාදයත් එක්තු කරන ලස්සන වෙලාවක්. පේර ගස් වල ඉදිලා රතු වෙලා කහ වෙලා තියෙන පේර ගෙඩිත්. එක දෙක ඉදීගෙන එන කහපාට ජම්බෝල ගෙඩිත් ඒ විතරක්ද කහ පාටට වැල් පුරා වැනෙන චව් එක දෙක රිලව් හොරකම් කරගෙන යනහැටි. ඔව් මේ ඔක්කොම එක්ක උදා වුනේ මේ තවත් එක පෙබරවාරියේ ලස්සනදවසක්. සොබාදහමේ අපූරු කොල රතු රෝස කහ නිල් කලු සුදු පාටවල් ගොඩක්, ඇබුල් පැණිරස , තිත්ත කහට මේ ඔක්කොම රසවල් එක්කම නැවුම් විදියට වාරෙට නෙලාගෙන, වාරෙට එන එළවළු පලතුරු එකක් වත් අපතේ නොයවා රස ආහාර බවට පත් කරගන්නයි මේ වෑයම.. ඉතිං අදත් එන්න ඇවිත් යන්න. හූස් ගාගෙන් පැහෙන් කේතලයක් නිතරම ලිපේ තියෙන, නිතර කුරුලු ගීත ඇහෙන , කොල පාට පිරුණු කදුකරයේ ටිකක් ඈත දවසක මේ මැටි ගෙදරට.. මංං උඩරට මැණිකේ
