Exactly what I plan to be my shop when we finally move

Nice. Good planning on your door. I used a 12sla server battery, solar battery maintainer and some old trailer lights to light up my shed until I am able to wire it with commercial power. I used led bulbs and a headlight switch to turn it on and off. Pretty simple and cheap. Thanks for the fun. 🤠

So how much did it Cost to get built and delivered?

Coincidentally, I'm going to be building one very similar with a gambrel roof and timber skids, just a little smaller at 8 x 12. I'm even thinking about putting in loft storage at either end as well. A friend has been nagging me about why I don't just buy one. Nothing wrong with buying one, I just want to build mine. I think she nags me out of habit because her spouse has learned to just nod and say, "Uh huh."

Have yet to see anybody put these on a solid foundation. It's always just drop and run.

At this time I can buy one for about 500 less than building one. Lumber prices are NUTS!!
