Hi Debbie and Jan, another great video. You should take the Trolley tour from Brownwood sometime...it's fun, especially if you are not as familiar with the Villages south of 44. When I took the Trolley tour during my visit in May there were a couple of Villages residents on the Trolley; they were accompanying visitors.

Now you're in my neck of the woods. Love Everglades rec center. I attend cardio drumming there. It's fun and of course the aerobic exercise has health benefits.

I like the RC car dedicated track. Looked like they were having fun. I didn't have a problem with the Kool Aid thing, it didn't come across as mean to me. Enjoyed watching.

Jan & Debbie - thank you for sharing. I really appreciate your levelheaded answers in your question segment too. My sister & i are coming out in the spring for a lifestyle visit. After the length of time that you both have been in the villages & knowing what you know now - would you still buy in TV? Great videos - keep up the good work!

Jan says “definitely! We had a lake house and I was bored to death. We love it!” For me, it is a great place to live! I would buy there again. The hardest part is that I have a grandchild who is four up in Illinois. It is hard being away from her. That of course though would be the case anywhere away from her! Great Video. Very nice rec center. In some ways it doesn't make sense. Everglades as a name but it looks like the building tries to be Wyoming rustic lodge. Maybe they wanted to make the summer in Florida fell a bit cooler.

I am not sure where they are doing lifestyle now, but this is in a very southern portion on TV, so my guess is that it should be fairly close.

I have heard the Lifestyle villas south of 44 are in the Village of DeLuna...Christopher Villas. I bet within a few months the Lifestyle villas next to Brownwood will all be sold.

Believe me compared to Outside The Villages here in New York and around the country people Embrace and if they want to believe that it's perfect let them in their last chapter of life

Very nice! It is just a silly saying and joke around TV. So many people come down for a short couple if days and end up buying that quickly. Congrats on your purchase!

@bfn6ghh The Trolley leaves from the sales center at Brownwood and goes around the new Villages south of 44. The Trolley tour lasts about 2 hours and is well worth it.

It is a little joke that is said often here. So many people come down for a short visit and end up buying. Jan and Mark bought in a day. That is all we are referring to, and you hear the phrase often if you live here.
