I agree with Robbie here, I don't think that those charges would've gotten approved if they were against city just because of their status right now. Now I don't know a lot about all those 115 charges and all, but even if they are proven, am quite sure FA won't be able to take action against city which is quite unfair for clubs like Everton

There are 5 separate sets of charges for city and a 5th of the charges are just for obstruction of justice cus city have hidden all evidence in various instances which got leaked. Another 5th of the charges are because they used to pay extra money to Mancini under the table. Another 5th set of charges is for paying various parties extra money under the Table for transfers for the period between 2009-2018 which they never accounted for in their books. Like they wanted pay 100M for Kaka in 2009. If anyone remembers Milan didn't want to deal with them cus they felt like it was a shady deal and actually took less money from Madrid to do the deal. Ended up paying that for Robinho n other guys. A portion of that money was hidden in off shore accounts and is under money laundering investigation. Even the 115 charges will feel soft if you actually look at what they have been doing and the sad part is they didn't even have to commit these crimes they just WANTED to.

The Italian league has always been corrupt, thats why Juve and Milan have been relegated in the past, Juve had it given, taken off, then given again

@@Izzy01711 I agree italian football is corrupt and we have known that for years, but there have been punishments aswell. Severe ones. Like juve getting relegated and points deduction etc. Juve is a huge club aswell. But english FA, they're just so corrupt, they just want money and to have control over everything and not get challenged.

It’s mainly due to the independent regulator potentially coming in, so to ward that off, the Prem have to look like they’re doing a good job. The harsher the punishment, the more it looks like they’re capable of regulating themselves.

As a City fan it's way too harsh but tbh it probably will be over turned I can't see them sticking to it. Also I find it so funny how apparently no one cares about us yet everyone has found a way to bring us up in this convo no wonder we made so much money last season all the rent we don't have to pay 😂

City and chelsea havent recieved their punishment. For example, City have 115 charges meaning they will have to check all 115 charges and punish accordingly

Man City and Everton got accused in March. Everton had 1 breach and It took 8 Month to charge them. How do you expect FFP to charge City for 115 breaches in same amount of time. No disrespect but do your research Robbie it took me 5min to find out this Info. Your a big Platform try spreading more facts than opnions

Man city is under investigation since 2009. And even the court documents reveal that the charges that are being brought are just for the period of 2009-2018. They dont know the facts but neither do you.
