I have no idea why people think actors are pro liars. Not all actors are created equal, but they are all aided by lighting, music, writers, editors, directors, playing off co-actors, etc. They aren’t sitting on a screen, looking at you in the face actively making up a script on the spot.

That's when she started shouting on the phone to a friend, "Don't hit me Johnny". She applied for a court order against Johnny while he was out performing the last rights of his mother.

@Kitty Silverlake He has hospital records, witness statements, photos of bruises, swelling, a severed fingertip, and recordings of her admitting she hit him repeatedly. His exs (one of 14 years) testified no history of violence from him. She has a couple selfies, yet no one else actually saw her with bruises, including HER personal makeup specialist, nor her personal assistant, and police officers specifically seeking signs of abuse. Her own sister and mother testified to her violent nature. She has a history of domestic abuse in a previous relationship, of which she was the abuser as well. She has been caught in multiple lies on the stand, in some cases just moments after making a contradictory statement. She can't keep her story straight from one moment to the next, and each retelling gets more and more outrageous. I go with the evidence. Evidence says she is a liar, has admitted to abusing others on multiple occasions, as well as physical evidence of said abuse. This is a defamation case, which relies on evidence her op/Ed resulted in harm to Depp. Industry professionals acknowledged Depp lost roles due to the op/Ed, and she admitted on the witness stand that she wrote the op/Ed. She is guilty of the defamation, per her own testimony. As for the abuse, doubtful charges would be pressed, but she has admitted herself to have been an abuser.
@matildamiller3233

@Kitty Silverlake it's a few selfies because she took them herself 🙄 Sounds like you're the one getting "feels" for someone. I'm going on the evidence itself. Something she doesn't have. Something he has in abundance. If she wanted to be more believable, she shouldn't have been changing her story so many times, and should have kept her lies to things that couldn't be debunked by Depp's attorneys. She should have kept it simple, and believable. Now, if it were Tom Selleck, I'd be all about " the feels", Selleck is a MAN. Depp is a "pretty boy", which isn't to my taste 🤷

@@ileanahernandez1709 exactly, I'm getting tired of the victim blaming going around and so easily acceptable when the man is the victim. He "ran away" every time. As if it's so healthy to be in a state of almost constant conflict but to leave a situation that could escalate to violence is toxic🤦‍♀️ These people who are saying "they are both not innocent" need a wake up call. I don't think it's about the money though, I think this is really and truly to get his side of the story told and fix his reputation. Which it appears to be working. Sadly women can just say things like that and it's automatically believed. If it's true then the guy deserves it but the bigger question is why is there no punishment when it's proven false? Not just in this case but less profiled cases, where there isn't the sensationalism, what happens to the woman when she is proven to lie about it just to destroy a guy? 99% nothing.
@StreakyBaconMan
@StreakyBaconMan 2 жыл бұрын
@@nagginsnuggets9424 It's really not that simple to try and punish people for lying about abuse though. That opens up the possibility for actual victims of abuse to end up being punished for accusing their abuser because they couldn't prove the abuse happened - and it's just one of those things that often boils down to he said she said and there is usually little direct evidence of it even when it's real. And you certainly don't want women failing to report abuse out of fear that they will be prosecuted for it, which I am almost certain would happen to some extent. I'm not saying people like Heard don't deserve to be punished, I am just not exactly sure how you go about punishing people like her while ensuring you don't mistakenly punish actual victims or discourage actual victims from coming forward with abuse allegations.

She & her friends were going to Coachella the next day, Rocky was with her & That's when AH s##t on his side of the bed. JD never went back to the penthouse at all til the night of the alleged mobile phone incident, when he went with 2 security to get some gear.

Domestic violence & rape are largely ignored by comedians... That's historical... Now with a case of he said-she said with 1 side being viewed as correct for nearly 6 years and now new evidence that proved 1 party was lying & potentially psycho.... It's very easy to get the joke wrong.... And be bashed.... So I totally understand why most comedians are avoiding this issue. . . To the 2nd commenter - It's not always about politics

@@anyohoww I wouldn’t know. I’m Scottish so I mostly just watch British TV comedians, Graham Norton, and clips of American ones that are good (Conan skits for example,mor interviews with actors I like on Jimmy Fallon). They take the piss out of everyone but Rittenhouse and that judge wasn’t very important and I haven’t seen much mention of JD/AH in UK tv comedy. They tend to joke more about UK politics. Maybe Russell Howell will mention it like he’s mentioned American gun control and how bizarre media coverage is there but I don’t watch him every day.

In relation to his finger - she threw one bottle that went past the left side of his head, his right hand was on the edge of the bar. She threw the second much bigger bottle that had a handle, it hit his finger, Right hand. There was a chunk out of the marble bar right at that place. JD is a guitarist & doing that is one of his passions & with friends that she didn't like, took up time away from Her. The fact that the bottle hit the finger of his right hand, was No coincidence, imo. There is an audio from when others arrived at the house, she is apologising for doing that & also said "I didn't mean to" . When she was told that she would be going back to the U.S., Then she got upset, crying & said - "what am I going to say", as-in, what was she going to tell people as to why she went back alone & so soon after she had just got to Auss.

No one would have believed in Johnny especially when there are so many lies and layers it’s quite complicated and the media was definitely not on his side nor did they care to do the research. So really he did the perfect thing by doing a public trial as it was so twisted in the uk trial. (Uk trial was rigged in a way but thankfully documents and the audio recordings came out) …. There is just too much bs on ambers side and honestly I think without the audio tapes this would have been impossible to prove. So really he is lucky in a way

I totally agree with the opinion, that "how could we make judgement, these are two people, people make mistakes..." True, the only thing this trial should do, is restore the balance somewhat, as among two people making mistakes, one got public simpathy and affection and fame, the other - all the s**t, including some literal one. These are my parameters for wishing the particular resolution to this trial - it's not fair when one takes blame for other's fault as well as his own, while the other walks unaffected (and not donating f-ing promised money to charity, this JD never did at least)
