The one thing I know is when I woke up that morning I could pretty much do anything I wanted to do with maybe a little guilt but that was pretty much it; however, all of a sudden out of the blue (nowhere near a church or around any Christians), I realized I was guilty before a Holy God and that God was the God of the Bible. I knew Jesus did die for my sins and I knew I needed to acknowledge that His death on the Cross 2,000 years ago paid the penalty for my many sins. Within a few hours things that I could do and did pretty much every day I could no longer do and once I opened a Bible it started making sense on every page...before that day, it was incoherent. After it happened I realized what had happened to me was what people call being Born Again. Google "Unshackled" and listen to hundreds of similar stories about what has happened to many people over the years. I know that I am right with my Creator and I will stand before Him knowing Jesus Christ paid the penalty for my sins so I won't have to pay it myself. This is available to you all also for He has said, "who ever calls upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved".
