The lead role in Broadway's "Matilda," nominated for 12 Tony Awards, calls for a young girl with particularly tangled tresses. Same thing here. I played Kate, and I had my hair in sloppy, uneven pigtails. I'd scrunch up my hair, put the left ponytail low and the right ponytail high, then scrunch those up before I go onstage. Thankfully, that's all we did. NO PRODUCT! What did you guys do?

Our Molly had the cutest little braids ever and I wanted to slap her upside the head so hard because I was like, "WE GET TACKY DRESSES AND TACKY HAIR AND YOU'RE LITTLE MISS AMERICA OVER HERE!" I was one angry orphan.

I was Clara in the nutcracker. I had a full head of ringlet curls ad used tons of hairspray. It took me a long time to brush them all out.

I think Mo Rocca should have seen the production before the interview. It was clear he had no idea what they were talking about. He also kept interrupting them, which was annoying.

(Gasp!) So jealous! Being Matilda is my dream but I sent an application for the tour show of Matilda and I do not think the casting director will invite me to an audition. 😦
