12:20 I was thinking more like winter melon. He has range so zombies don't get close like with gloom shrooms, splash so he hits multiple enemies unlike cattail, and to top it off ice to group the zombies together (thus making his splash more efficient)

Fun fact about catapulting plants. They can kill Screen Door Zombies without having to break the door, and can kill Scuba Diver Zombies without them having to get out of the water. Also you can't place Potato Mines on Lily Pads.

Matt, to get rid of the balloon zombies just use the Blover! It removes all balloon zombies almost instantly without touching the other zombies!

Hey matt some of the upgrade plants from pvz 1 are now there own plant and that makes them a lot more useful from them only needing 1 seed slot

The issue with the cat tails is the projectile can only hit the target it was aimed at so as soon as the number of spikes insta killed the target all extra spikes fly of harmlessly

All of your videos make me feel like there's a new update in PvZ

Fact: after you kill 100k zombies , you can check your backyard to see how much zombies you killed and , then while watching the dead zombies in the trash , You can keep swiping up until you reach a blackhole , which will give you two secret achievements

If you do this again, place a row of one zombie (whatever you choose) and try to kill all of them legit

Tip in plants vs zombies 1: when your on roof level, put corn throw things in 2nd row, 3rd row, and 4th row and put either repeater or puffshroom (long ranged kind) in the 5th row and tall nuts in the 6th row. Also put some squash or jalapeños in 7th row. (Sunflowers in back and may not work in certain levels.

btw just making sure you know theres actual mods for PvZ like the widescreen patch mod adds a whole new campaign after you beat zomboss [nightroof] theres also PvZ2pak or a challenge mod is the living dead mod. much more than that as well.

Suggestion : make a defence where you use fume shrooms, a medium ranged plant that can hit every zombies in the are of the lane, and put 25 of them in one tile in a single row

Hey Mat!! you should turn every zombie that dies in to a random tower and see how long you can survive or be for the game brakes!

maybe make pvz1 hacks and pvz2 separate series that happen on separate days, so we get 2 episodes of general pvz per week. the reason I say this is because I have been waiting on pvz2 content for forever and only got 2 episodes and that one eclise episode. also I wanted to say that eclise is still in heavy development and it not just adding new things but changing old things constantly, so to play it as a series is a bad idea due to how unstable the whole thing is due to the constant changes. you would have to start from the beginning multiple times over most likely. I suggest for you to just keep doing regular pvz2 and hacked pvz1. all of your videos are amazing however and are always a treat and a pleasure to see in my notification feed on youtube. keep up the great work!

Video Idea: Use only long range plants and see how far you get in endless mode. *long range being melon cannon, corn cannon, watermelon, ice watermelon, etc.

I like how on 1-2 you got torchwood, which buffs projectiles, and then you got snow pea, which gets worse with torchwood, and cabbagepult, which shoots over torchwood

you could try planting like 50 fume shrooms on every row (and a cat-tail or two for balloon zombies), they are better than gloom shrooms as they have bigger range to take care of gargs and other instakill zombies
