Eric Wallace ruined the show. I rocked with this show for years, but I CANT believe the final episode ended the way it did.

I agree with Pagey saying Savitar being revealed too late. His identity should have been revealed in Episode 9 to us the audience. And then in Episode 15 to the characters.

I don't season 5 that much. My only problem is that Cicada was hyped by Nora to be this unbeatable metahuman killer that no hero (Supergirl, Legends, Arrow) could stop, but for plot reasons, they just do defeat him. And it's due to Frost

Funny thing is, I only watched The Flash at first for the crossovers. But then, Barry messed with the timeline which affected Arrow which I did watch with Diggle getting a son instead of a daughter and I started watching it from season 3 to understand the context. Nowadays, I wish I had never watched The Flash EXCEPT for the crossovers Edit: for what it's worth, there are seasons I generally enjoyed that aren't just the crossovers which are 3, some parts of 4, most parts of 6, season 7 episode 2, Cisco's goodbye episode, the second half of 8 and the first part of A New World.

I would say my ranking is also different from yours but like you said my ranking is also not popular. Sometimes my brother throws a fit about my ranking too. One thing I always thought should have happened after Savitar since he is Barry is that it would’ve had Barry have a complete identity crisis. I mean spending that much time trying to stop someone from killing the person you love most only to find out it’s you even if it is a different version of you would make you question yourself in a major way. And I would also imagine that it would’ve been even harder for Iris to come to grips with the fact that savitar was Barry.

Season 2 for me is second because it does get a little silly at the end and that brings it down but it is still a top tier arrowverse season.

As poor as some of the later seasons are Tom Cavanah saved them for me. The man’s RF is amazing

S1-4 are 10/10 compared to others. Then comes s6A and 5 after that 8,6b,7,9(sad but as season it’s terrible but has gems like 9x9 and 9x9)

I just got done rewatching the show a couple weeks ago, here's my new ranking #9 season 7 This was so hard to watch 🤮 #8 season 9 This is how NOT to end a show #7 season 6 The Bloodwork arc was a masterpiece but the second half is where the show was starting to go downhill for me #6 season 8 It had some creative ideas but the Reverse Flashpoint stuff didn't really make sense #5 season 5 Highly underrated, this was the last great season for me #4 season 4 Ralph got introduced this season and he's one of my favorite characters, Devoe was also a great villain #3 season 3 The dark tone was a lot better than the wierd campy stuff from season 7 #2 season 1 Season 3 is just as good but there's something about the Reverse Flash mystery that makes me like this season more #1 season 2 The first 3 seasons are tied for me but the Earth 2 storyline is too good for me not to put it in first place

My Ranking for The Flash would be 1. Season 2 (absolutely perfect Zoom amazing villain and has the best episodes) 2. Season 1 (Another perfect season and villain) 3. Season 3 (I agree last part is a bit meh but love the season and the villain still also Kid Flash!!) 4. Season 4 (the seasons starts really well but it shafts Wolly and defo got annoying at the end) 5. Season 5 (I hated the suit so much but the villain is cool and the episodes are okey, this season does have the worst wells though) 6. Season 6 ( first half with blood work is perfect but after crises it just becomes meh and the villain is meh. I don’t really like Iris and this is when she started to get too annoying for me) 7. Season 8 (this season is bad and only above the others because of the crossover episodes and the reverse flash being a big part of the season) 8. Season 9 (absolutely terrible almost unwatchable this season felt too flash light at times and too many of the old cast was just gone leaving the only character I liked left being Barry, only good episodes was 10 and 11.) 9. I don't hate Season Five in any sense, yet it is slow? I think the story was meh, but the ending with Reverse Flash is some of his most menacing behavior since Season One My ranking: 9. Season Seven It's just shit, Godspeed fixes this a bit, but for the rest, not really. 8. Season Six Mirror Monarch is what I'd say is my least favorite villian, and she literally murdered her husband and was just let go? Bloodwork is fine, pretty good actually. 7. Season Five Kind of already spoke about this. THESE ARE INTERCHANGEABLE 6. Season Eight Hella decent, but negative reverse flash looks so stupid, just cant get over that 5. Season Nine 4. My ranking: 9: Season 7 - Only 3 episodes in this season were good the rest was shit, Forces was shit, and Godspeed was fine. 8: Season 5 - This season isn't as bad as I used to think, but it's still bad. Cicada was shit, Cicada 2 was shit, Nora and Iris were absolutely infuriating and some of the worst things to come from the Arrowverse, Sherloque was fine but felt more like trying to capture the comedy from HR and got old quick, and the filler was ehhhh. 7: Season 6- I thought about putting this in 8th, but Bloodwork was just fantastic, and the filler episodes were pretty good, only shit thing was the Mirror Monarch stuff. 6: Season 8 - This season is just plain mid for me. Crossover was alright but fell apart, Deathstorm was good but nothing special, and the Negative Forces suck, not as much as the Forces, but still suck. Filler episodes weren't as bad as season 7 but weren't really good either. 5: Season 3 - I was personally never fond of this season very much. Got way too dark and moody, Savitar was dragged out, Wally was very bratty here and had so much missed potential, and the whole focus on Iris got old pretty quick and she didn't really do much. Only thing I can say I absolutely loved about this season was HR, the best Wells ever. 4: Season 9 This one is incredibly controversial. I liked the Red Death arc only downside was Red Death's acting, The villain teamup was great Goldface is just an absolute gem to see, the Oliver Queen episode is absolute gold, and I love the Colbalt Blue arc even if it was too short and the villain's defeat was stupid. The filler sucked but I just love the stories here. 3: Season 1 - This season hasn't aged well for me when looking at the entire show but it's still good. Thawne returned so much that just seeing him here isn't as good as it was, but other than that everything else was great. 2: Season 4 - Controversial, but I absolutely loved this season. Ralph was amazing, filler episodes were amazing, Devoe is tied with Zoom for the best villain imo, and of course we got the best Flash suit ever. 1: Season 2 - I loved Zoom, Harry, Earth 2 stuff, everything here was just so good, even if the finale plan came out of left field.

Having JPK for an entire season and wasting her acting ability is the biggest sin of the entire series. I can live with the cheesy, childish dialogue of Season 7 because they embraced it. It's not very good but it did not make me hate the show. Season 5 quite literally made me hate every character on the show, I can find something to like about every other season but not 5.

After the crisis the flash become one of the worst shows being S9 and S7 being just WTF. The Flash had 2 of the best season of any superhero shows, S3 was good until the last third, S4 and S5 OK some eps even great... Eric Wallace oblitareted this show... and no S8 was not good but s7 was so bad that people that that S8 was return to form when in this season there are some dumb shit. Glad Arrow come to an and, even in S4 Arrow was never that bad as Flash... last few years of Arrowverse was just... bad and it needed to end

The final season IS the worst season in the entire show and I stand by that, it's the only season where I legitimately struggled to sit through, it was painfully bad, and i think most of it came from the actors actually, batwomans actress, terrible, she did not even try and it's embarrassing, her acting as red death and even batwoman is in par with both cicadas, its almost as if they used the first take and said that was good enough, same goes with cobalt blue, I think rick is actually a good actor, I just think he really struggled to ease back into the role of eddie because of this stupid graphic novel idea that should have been scrapped for season 9, this extends to the new rouges specifically as well, it was just hard, the dialogue was at its worse as well even in episodes 9 and 10 which do drag those episodes down a lot and of course the series finale just sucks, even outside the villain take down, it suffers from every problem i mentioned before, it's not a good finale, season 9 is not a good season, and is now right disespectful to the shows legacy outside of 9 and 10. with that being said my personal ranking for the flash seasons, from worse to best would be 9.Season 9 8.Season 7 7.Season 5 6.Season 8 5.Season 3 4.Season 6 3.Season 4 2.Season 1 1.Season 2
