Great video. Got to admit, I liked Normandy and Lyon. The gun angles suck but I was able to make them work.

Yeah some people will be able to make it all work and some won't. For the Normandie, I hear more can't vs can on it

Well said Yugumo was real pain when i was grinding shima and to nobody great surprise izumo with turret bug is pain Now its kinda workable but nicely explained buddy 👍

I love that kind of content! Agree with the vauquelin! It’s the crappy T6… at T7 😊 same with Yugumo and Ibuki. I thought Zara was ok. Normandie is battlecruiser heaven at T6 - can outrun anything that can destroy it and can catch and nuke anything else (21 guns broadside!). Izumo is basically the best DPM at T9, was my highest avg dmg ship for a while and yes I’m a cult follower 😊 What I would add - ibuki, GJM, lyon, renown… and grozovoi 😊

Wholeheartedly agree on the Zieten - best played like the Roon, ie running away. It’s so inconsistent with how the rest of the German BC line that it just doesn’t belong in it. A sister ship of the Odin (like the Gneisenau/Scharnhorst pair at t7) would be a much better fit with how the BC line plays.

Zeiten I got before Atlantico was everywhere, and actually did very well with it but having to kite in a bb is kinda weird haha

I actually decided that I liked the Lyon enough to buy the historical camouflage. I’m mostly a cruiser so I like throwing a blizzard of shells at somebody, all those shells have a decent chance of knocking out modules , and its secondary battery is pretty good. As you might have guessed, it’s sort of my go-to on module hunt o secondary hit missions.

Lyon, once you play like you are, can be quite a fun ship, especially in triples. Glad you enjoy it and make it work.

Tashkent, Minsk, Colonel Bolognesi, Fiji and all the t6 and below aircraft carriers except for Independence.

T6 and above, i struggle a great deal with Minnesota. Kansas is a sensational ship and i love it to bits, but Minnesota struggles on really big maps. Doesn't have quite the punch that Kansas does, somehow. Normandie i quite liked, but then it's basically a battlecruiser.

Yeah it's not quite an upgrade over Kansas and doesn't quite feel great but I found it generally worked.

The gustav in the elbing line for sure should be in this list. That ship is pretty much the tier 7 with one more gun and a worse torp layout. The ibuki maybe too? I mean there is a reason you see zao more than ibuki lol.

I had enough and Gustav to me wasn't all that bad. It was "workable". But the Ibuki, I feel is just fine. But just fine for tier 9 is rough but all the issues Zao has, Ibuki does too.

Probably would of throw kitakaze in there to, pretty awkward ship akin to the likes of yugumo to Kagero, kitakaze to akizuki… I have the same stats in akizuki as kitakaze, so I just waited for respawn

I HATE the Zieten! I knew going into this line that this ship was going to be bad, but omg, kmn… I played 4 rounds in it yesterday using high XP boosters trying to get to skip past is asap, but I’m going to have to use all my Free XP to skip this MF today. It’s definitely a stat killer and a ship that just causes so much rage….

I disagree heavily. This is the first ship I truly enjoyed. Very good at getting citadel missions done and I almost like it more than the Bismarck.

Soviet BBs just feel like they are missing something, sure they are perfectly capable of doing work as they are but honestly an extra something somewhere would be really nice for them Yeah you can just dump premium everything on them to make them neat but it would be way better if they were like that by default so players with lives to live could enjoy them But boy soyuz is a special case, im not sure just how can she squeeze out good results without the enemy team letting her do away with them out of pity. Something like her needs sledgehammer buffs to become salvagable

Indeed, for all the complaints about “Soviet bias” I find the Soviet BB line pretty underwhelming. The t10 (on the cruiser line as well) seems worth it, but the grind up to it looks pretty painful. There are some good very good premiums like the Borodino, Lenin and Slava, but the tech tree is distinctly “meh” up to the Kremlin.

I don’t agree about the Leon. That’s one of my favorite tier 7 battleship. Oh no, you scared me about Zieten. 😭 I at the T7 right now. And I agree, I hate Algrie. And yes, I skipped the Colorado twice, I hate that ship. Thank you for these very good videos❤

Zietan can work but if you are a bunch of people playing Atlanticos, just don't grind it. Wait for respawn is a good way to get through that grind

It’s actually a pretty good sniper with decent brawling capabilities. Not the sexiest but prepares well for GK. Soyuz has been nerfed into oblivion in comparison.

@@deathfromabove432 I do well in Soyuz, as well as the rest of the Russian BBs. FDG just struck me as a bigger, and slower Bismarck at a tier higher. I love GK though, the upgrade to 457s is exactly what it needed
