Hey, ya'll! Today's video is an EVERYDAY YOGA video. So many people enjoyed the Yoga Every Damn Day Challenge we did in June & asked if we would be continuing. Pushing out 30 videos was a WHOLE lot of work & I don't plan on doing it again any time soon lol, BUT that doesn't mean you have to stop doing yoga everyday. The challenge videos will remain on my channel so you could even redo the challenge. You could do it every month if you wanted to! Anyway, I want to make more "Everyday Yoga" videos so you can compile a bunch of videos you like that you can practice on a regular basis. This video was fun because I incorporated a couple of new poses that I discovered & that I think you will enjoy. Leave a comment down below & let me know what you think of this practice. Great way to wake up! I tend to be too tight in the morning for my hot yoga classes, so this was great to open my body up

Thanks for this practise ! I am not done yet with the challenge but a 25 min video was perfect for today so I chose to do this one. It was great and some of theses poses and twists I never did before so it was very interesting. Have a good day ☀️☀️💚

This is just what I needed! not too fast but still jut enough spice and yummyness! I could take my timeto get in every pose and really enjoy it without rushing or hurting myself. Thx for the playlis idea. Defnitely making on now.

This might be a weird question….in the beginning with inhale/exhale I noticed your inhale capacity is long, mine is shallow, does lung air capacity increase over time with practice or do you think it’s how the person is built? I’m very conscious of that, even in my class I noticed the inhale of others is long and deep. By the way I love love love your vids!✌🏽🧘🏾‍♂️

Hey Sharon! I also have a fairly "shallow" breath capacity & though it does improve over time, we may never reach the breath capacities that some have. I smoked in my youth, but have noticed people who also smoke can get deeper breaths than me. I am a Gemini...which rules the lungs & arms...can have a tendency to have weak lungs HA!
