110 degrees everyday here in Las Vegas. I’m 60 years and just got evicted January 2024 from a 55 and over community because the “Landlord” jacked up the rent. I fired him and bought a brand new 2024 RV. Never homeless again.😏

A few things I learned very young and early on. Learn to be very private and closed off. No matter if you are happy, or going through the worst times, you don't express it to anyone, because the majority of people out there will try to bring you down or make you even more miserable. Be a slab of concrete, cold and unreadable. Also, adopt a "take what you can gwt" mentality. Don't have any set goals or dreams because they will fail. Take any opportunity that is within reach that fulfills your needs and stick with it. Whether it be fast food or a janitorial job. I have been doing the same thing for years and I am content with it. Things are not good everywhere right now, it is in a steady collapse. If you can find any gig that is steady and reliable, stick with it and live by the day.

Best way to avoid homelessness is to have land/property owned outright…. You have to be willing to travel out to country, outside of the Metropolitan areas. You’ll be lucky to have income of $2000 a month. I would suggest people team up with each other to buy a piece of property because losing income is going to be common for most of us in the near future.

Do what you have to do (legally) to survive whether it’s lawn care, janitorial, fast food etc. I speak prosperity and victory over your life right now and you need to speak the same. Words are powerful.

I agree with you, I have been homeless once before, most of us walk a razors edge of being homeless, Tent cities are popping up everywhere, some are experiencing unfortunate events and some are self inflicted. The current state of affairs with this economy we are all at risk of living in the woods. Great video though

I like your warnings about the risk of many people becoming homeless & houseless and your realistic views about financial Survival in the politically corrupt USA. My vehicle has over 340,000 thousand miles on it's engine and transmission. My car is almost going to break down forever unless I get a rebuilt engine for it. ✅ I would like to buy a van or a SUV that gets at least 35 miles per gallon.

As a Registered Nurse that lives in Alabama..... " One healthcare condition away from facing homelessness " Is the truest statement I've heard in a long time. I can't tell you the number of patients that are losing everything including their homes because of a cancer diagnosis. Or a major stroke with paralysis , debilitating heart attacks. Patients in their 50's are being placed in nursing homes. These people have to turn their homes and checks over to the nursing homes for payment. Now there spouse and children are put on the street. This man is speaking truth!

We are all just sacrifices to the rich. If you wish to survive homelessness, you will need to adapt, need skill society will not teach you. You will suffer, and go without. And no love in poverty, so prepare to be alone in the darkness of this world. So exercise, read, study, and train in a skill set. Stock up any dry food you can, learn to clean water, and stay away from crowded areas.

Frightening things will come one day. The ones that are able to make due with being away from the "system" will have an easier time. The earlier you can prepare, the better. Don't let nostalgia or the "shiny" things keep you.

I went from a level three executive it engineer to living in the woods eating out of cans. It can happen to me it can happen to anybody.

When I’m homeless, I sleep behind the steering wheel because in the back I never have enough room. Police always bothering me, sun comes up it’s so hot, and looking for drinks & bathrooms was a hassle on a daily.

this was more good info to add on to the previous video you did about this topic because we live in very uncertain times and so it's always good to get prepared the best way we can. Everyone should have had their wake up call during the pandemic because most of us didn't expect that. This was such good practical info Andrew especially as far as having a large vehicle to use in case of a bad situation. Because if there's any critical situation going on in this country in which we need to escape, having a vehicle to be able to quickly get on the move is really important.

Super practical advice for 2024. Your right it can happen to anyone, you don't have to have an addictions or mental illness for this to happen.

lets just admit yall, we all in this together its hard on most of us really, God bless you all. i already was homeless at least 5 times and two of those times were around a year and it was not fun, keep faith in God yall he will provide working these jobs does suck but hey its better than not having money.

The biggest challenge is to not let the struggles get you down. As long as you can keep your chin up, plod on and keep the faith that things are going to get better soon everything will be okay. X

I think it's brilliant to put money aside for the purchase of a large enough vehicle to live in and still be able to park it discreetly so that might mean I Toyota Mini Van with a high top You need to be able to sleep without bending your legs to avoid blood clots.or it might mean a cargo Van that you have arranged to have letters painted on the outside so that you can park it anywhere discreetly. It would be so much better to move before you have an eviction on your record. It would be a good idea to find out where you could sign up for a 24 hour gym before you lose your house or apartment.. Also make sure that you have vehicle insurance in your budget. Also extreme down sizing and declattering right now will make it easier on you later..PLAN.. Maybe look into getting a small solar generator that is portable one of the ones that sell for $600. ..OUPES 600 can charge up your cellphone and a fan.

Hey man can you please tell your youtube community about this? Im currently homeless and have been for about two years now. I've been fully employed the entire time up until recently where i got put out of work because of an injury. I was going through my banking statements and noticed that i was paying for a credit card protector premium. This is a huge blessing because the context of it is that if you pay for this coverage if you were injured your bank will make monthly payments of an outstanding balance of 20% monthly up to a maximum of $25,000. Ive been paying for this service for since i opened my account and completely forgot about it. It might be my solution to homelessness even though i cannot walk. It also works for people who become unemployed for reasons not of their own. Definitely look into it bro! Stay safe

My husband and I was in the market to buy a home in FL in 2012. Many folks were squirling away their mortgage payments while their homes were in foreclosure. Our realtor shared the same logic you did. It's smarter to save your money and invest in a new place or homeless prep over paying for a place you're going to lose anyway. We tried to buy some of the foreclosures but the banks were being buttholes. Also cash buyers purchased houses. Same thing is gonna happen again. Great advice.

Also one of the best things you can do is get in top shape since it allows you to perform better at work which reduces your chances of losing your job. I ran up $22K in credit card debt buying and learning a certain tech after college and it lead to a spectacular career. But I really had to work hard for it and give a lot of things up. And there is no guarantee anything is going to work.

They want perfect credit etc. You could have a decent paying job and enough money saved but they will not approve you because you don't have enough credit. No place to live here and no one cares about the homeless it's a different story when a person has a family living well then becomes homeless People who are not homeless donot understand or see or care what we face every day as a homeless person
