I have used BetterHelp myself and I have found it to be very effective. BetterHelp is an online portal that provides direct-to-consumer access to behavioral health services. The online counseling and therapy services are provided through web-based interaction as well as phone and text communication. BetterHelp costs £140 a month - which gives you 4 live sessions a month and unlimited messaging in between sessions, as well as access to the group therapy webinars that get updated each week. You can also apply for financial aid while signing up, which can reduce the cost of the service by up to 40%. Actions speak louder than words. Leaving us on the side of the road after feeding off of us is their way of maintaining some human decency. Otherwise, we could become road-kill. Not kidding as the full-steam bursts of madness have been tested so unexpectedly by this sweet forgiving Empath. It is so ironic that we feel that we are to blame for this “kind” of performance. It tries to seek out a place in our soul. No way: heal self through various approaches, knowing you are on the PATH to salvation. It has been reported that we cannot have the minus (-) without the positive (+). Tweak the formula by working on yourselves and planning your journey with self-love. Love is the ANSWER! Peace ☮️

😍So true, yes Saying he loves me but his actions showed many times otherwise because in fact he did not want to know me at all.....but at the same time he said he knows me more than myself...wtf! ....!!! saying he needed me, and I told him more than once he needed me only......but he did not confirm it before I was back home in my country, and started "missing" me... saying he hate so much living alone.......:(A fake all of it! The cat is so adorable! :) I hope its taking care for the heights! What a sight! Nite, nite and sleep well!

I'm glad she's back. I had to put my cat down a few months ago. He had cancer and I miss him. He and I were together through thick and thin. He didn't like the narcissist and I should of known then, if George my cat didn't like him then something was wrong 💜

You are just a sounding board or a security blanket to the narcissist they don't even like you they are just using you until someone or something better comes along. People are just a dime a dozen to the narcissist they don't care who they end up with as long as they are not on their own.
