Part of the video is talking about her treat foods and things she likes to eat with her family? I’m sure she isn’t eating chicken and dumplings everyday and a pint of the oat milk ice cream, but it’s healthy because it shows a healthy relationship with food and allow, not like other ones where they’re extremely restrictive and unrealistic in what they’re eating like sheep yogurt and charcoal dust. But she isn’t like one of the those supermodels that pretends to eat a burger everyday. Part of being healthy isn’t just eating healthy but it’s also having a good relationships with food and being able to enjoy a night with your family without having to grilled chicken and broccoli instead of a meal with them.
