I met Rob Lowe at a restaurant in London a few years back. I was very cool at the beginning but ended up a blubbering idiot towards the end, once it hit me that I was having a 'normal' conversation with Rob Lowe (growing up with St Elmo's fire etc). He was super down to earth and so polite and respectful! He even came over and said goodbye to our table which he really didn't have to . A good man! Now, I feel like some pizza and ice cream !

I didn't know what to expect from Rob Lowe's food diary but it's pretty relatable and down to earth. I was a teenager in the 80s and grew up watching him and the rest of the "brat pack" in all those 80s classics. He looks fantastic so clearly he's doing something right!

I have been a huge fan of Rob Lowe since the eighties. Great actor and I love that he likes to eat. Spaghetti, pizza and ice cream a man after my own heart. Also he is still so freaking handsome. Also he loves his wife, good man.

Rob Lowe is from Dayton Ohio where my family lives so always think of him as a hometown guy he comes back several times a year to see his Dad who is an Attorney here!!

I don't often come across a lot of anything Rob Lowe as I'm often just been bombarded with news about other celebs and political figures. But I absolutely dig Rob Lowe here. I like how truly honest and realistic is and like how he explains how his eating habit intertwines with his actual lifestyle and routine. Seems down to earth and pretty genuine. Kudos to him!!!

My eat in a day diet is similar except I eat more variety of meat, fish and poultry and my diet is more diverse in general. But I'm a big Yoghurt eater, I love Fish and salads as much as he does.

Loved Rob Lowe since I saw him in star, as a teenager, in a movie called "Class" where his classmate, played by Andrew McCarthy, had an affair with Rob's mother, who was played by Jacqueline Bisset. He is representing my age group very well by aging backwards!! Rob eats relatively healthy -- like a real person -- to include desserts -- like myself. He is absolutely wonderful. 😎😍❤️💋💯

I wake up before I go to sleep. And that's when I eat my first chicken breast and precisely one broccoli stock. Then I do my 3 hour workout from the bowels of hell. Then I grind the next chicken breast and broccoli stock into a recovery smoothie. Then I have breakfast w/ my family. I eat a chicken breast and one stock of broccoli. Then I'm on set, and I continue to eat chicken breast and broccoli stocks until I wake up, and start it all again.

I’d guess he has a pretty rigorous exercise routine. You can eat more of what you want if you’ve always exercised. I’d like to hear more about the exercise routine. Cool video. I feel like more celebs should share this kind of stuff to help out their fans. Rob Lowe seems like a cool guy. Very down to earth for a guy who looks as good as he does and has been famous for so long.
