I really want a "villain has a countdown before thing happens" but when the hero just barely finishes in time, the villain just goes "Ha, as if. I killed them immediately. The countdown was just to make you think you had a chance."

Watchmen sort of has something like that. Bu the time the heroes realize what the villain is up to, it's too late to stop them.

Lycoris Recoil has the opposite. The villain says a bomb will go off when the timer hits zero. The super secret organization of schoolgirl assassins go to stop him. He proceeds to expose the organization to the public, causing chaos to ensue. Then when the timer hits zero... fireworks go off. Never was a bomb.

"Lulu built this in a cage" is the best sin I've heard in a while. Gotta love how they twisted those words around. Also the references packed into that one sin about movies was great as well. Bravo CS

This makes them seem the worst parents since - - They left their infant roaming the second floor unattended - They did not put up the baby gate that was made to prevent this - They got mad at Ace for causing a superficial scratch injury to the infant - They assume Ace who's never shown aggression to kid before did it on purpose - They gave up Ace instead of disciplining him the first time he did something "wrong" What're they going to do with their child when she inevitably messes up? Give her away? That's not how you solve problems!

Seen a few Pigs being used as assistance animals in DC. A rather famous one is Lucy from Navy Yard. Also seen pet chickens on leashes around town including one named -- Nugget.

I feel like Lulu didn't immediately go to the zoo with the orange kryptonite, because it would have been MUCH harder to control lions, tigers, etc, if they got anywhere near the kinds of powers she did. It's easier to keep the smaller animals in check for a variety of reasons.

Noticing the stools is peak animated distraction. Love it. Like what unpaid intern was in charge of the background and never owned a stool. I feel bad for knees in this animated universe and the townspeople just walking by like nothing is happening.

I'm starting to believe those unmatching stool/counter/table/etc combinations after insurance fixed up my mom's house by making her counters about 4' tall and replacing all of her chairs with stools that are about 3'11" tall. But can't we at least have things be nice in animated imagination films?

Kryptonians only gain powers when they reach puberty (I guess it's a natural safety measure to avoid having super-toddlers destroy the place), so they had all the time to learn.

I noticed that, too. McKinnion's performance was fantastic and Hart wasn't Kevin Hart, for once. While I love him, I do like these characters that make him dial it back a bit. He did the same in Jumanji: The Next Level because he had to imitate Danny Glover's Character.

It's sort of a "the captain goes down with the ship" situation. In most origins, they're partially responsible for Krypton's destruction and prioritize their son's safety above their own.

I think it was a timing issue Jor-el only had time to make a small ship even though he had knowledge of krypton's demise it was not a popular view and a bigger one would have brought more attention to him perhaps he was not on the ship because he needed to launch it and guide it out and Lara stayed with him (Jor-el) so he wouldn't die alone just a theory

You say there's nothing special about kryptonians and superman only got his power coincidentally but him getting those powers is only possible because he's kryptonian, being able to naturally absorb sun energy and gain powers seems pretty special to me.

Mildly unrelated, I remember watching this movie and then Bad Guys and thinking to myself, "If I had a nickle for every time I watched a movie that had a guinea pig as the main villain, and said villain created a guinea pig army to help them, I'd have 2 nickles, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened twice". Seriously, it kinda had me baffled. Still enjoyed both movies nonetheless.

While Jeremy is correct about traditional bathes being kind of gross, You can always shower to actually clean yourself, the soak in the bath. This hoe it's often done in Japan (clean oneself, then get in the tub). You can also add an additional shower/spritz after the bath, just to ensure everything is off. I heard about this "shower-bath-shower" method from the live action Cowboy Bebop Netflix show (faye mentioned it). It uses a LOT of water, but it's more hygenic.

I went to the Theater to watch this movie and I am still unexplainably mad that Loulu (I believe that was her name) didn’t turn into that giant monster sooner. Also, another thing you could have sinned: if Crypto and Superman have the same powers, and the other ‘pets’ became their powers through superman then why would Ace need to protect Crypto? Shouldn’t Crypto be invincible????

20:33 you don't need to be rich, prenups are just the smartest option for men these days, saves you from getting robbed for like 70% of your possessions if the marriage ever goes tits up.
