One of the biggest sins of the movie series is they never explain why people were afriad of speaking Voldemort's name. In the past, once Voldemort became strong and influential enough within the Ministry, a sort of trace was put on the name, so that you could be located if you ever spoke it, Death Eaters would apparate near you because speaking the name would be seen as an act of defiance. By Deathly Hallows, the 'trace' is back online. In this movie, people who speak the name are located twice this way, in the Coffee shop and in Lovegood's house, but IT'S NEVER EXPLAINED. And I'm pretty sure Harry HIMSELF in this movie(Part 1 & 2) switches from his usual calling of Voldemort by his name to You-Know-Who, but it is never EXPLAINED in the movies. It's such a wasted opportunity. Throughout the entire movie series, from the very first one, wizards are terrified of speaking his name, and when they finally get the chance to explain the main reason WHY, they just ignore it. Smh.

About sin 13: Hagrid is actually less likely to be taking Harry, because, well, he can barely use magic. The movie doesn't explain this, but it's pretty logical that Voldemort might consider that the real Harry would be protected by powerful aurors/wizards (Moody, Kingsley, Tonks, Lupin, etc.), and not... well, Hagrid. That's actually what Moody thought as well, and that's why the real Harry went it Hagrid. That's why Voldemort went straight after Moody (and killing him), allowing the real Harry to escape with Hagrid until Hedwig showed up (or Harry used Expelliarmus in the books)

They can't say Voldemort in this movie because the Voldemort-controlled ministry put a "taboo" spell on the word so that anyone who says it (who is probably going to be part of the resistance) can be immediately tracked down. Problem is, they don't mention the taboo at all in the movie, so I don't know why they went halfway on this detail.

They do mention why they can't mention Voldemort's name, Ron explains it after he returns to Harry and Hermione, there's a trace on whoever speaks Voldemort's name which explains how the Death Eater's were able to find the trio, even at the beginning of the movie when they were at the cafe after apperating away from the burrow. Even when they appeared in from of the Snatchers, they said his name again which causes the persons to apparate to the location of where someone said Voldemort's name.

The Deatheaters found the trio in the cafe because Harry said Voldemort's name. That is also the reason why they're found later on in the movie but some Deatheaters and brought to Malfoy Manor. There is a taboo on the name Voldemort, so that whenever someone says his name, Deatheaters can find these people

I've got another sin: When Harry, Hermione and Ron break into the Ministry of Magic, they all use the polyjuice potion and possibly drink it at the exactly same time. It's not shown how many polyjuice potion did each of them drink, but why did everyone's effect of the potion wear off at completely different time? Like, Harry's effect wears off inside the court with Umbridge, Hermione's effect inside the elevator and last one to lose the effect is Ron, and exactly at the very moment to be revealed as an impostor after kissing his "wife"? This doesn't make any sense at all.
