i started skating january 2023, and private coaching almost exactly a year ago today! it has MASSIVLEY helped my mental health, confidence and physical health- im currently working on my axel and a bunch of diff spins. Hoping one day to go into performance skating or something similar

Your videos legit give me so much peace and relaxation, I'll start my day with your videos sometimes and every time I do it just gives me the energy to continue through the day in a way beneficial to me, you're so easy going and so motivating! It's hard for me to find youtubers who I can watch completely relaxed without being annoyed by something like pauses, weird editing, too much silence, too little, I'm so picky and your videos just hit the Goldilocks spot for me. I'm currently unemployed because my visa is not ready yet and it's so beneficial for me to have motivation because I've dealt with anxiety and depression and having to constantly keep my head above water can be an ordeal but yeah- your videos are just so motivational and fun, you're not toxic or snooty, you're just you and it's great 🥰

Hi! I am 13 and am gonna start figure skating, any tips? I’m trying to get as flexible as i can. Also an off ice workout would be wonderful cause my nearest rink is 1:30 hours away so i’m only going like once a week for lessons so off ice is gonna be useful!
