Talking about musical instruments , Gadwal has Dhol and Damaou, but in Kumaon we have +1 - Dhol, Damau and Nagara, Damau in Kumaon are smaller as compared to Gadwal, and has sharper sound ,and Dhol in Gadwal are shorter and copper plated.Here Dammu - Nagad are most used in Holi, Marraiges, and Dhol is most used in Tempels . Nagara can be hardly seen during Temple Pujas.
