I have so many questions, but here are just a few...Are your halftones ellipse or round? What emulsion did you use and how many passes on each side. Are you exposing using LED and for how long?

Hi! Halftone dot shape: Round Epson P-900 printer, ImagePrint Red for RIP software, Rite Film for film positive Emulsion: Baselayr Complete coated 1x1 for around 7%-10% EOM Exposure Unit: Baselayr V2331 LED Exposure Unit Exposure time: 15s - 17s

Need a new update for polyester 2 color job.....3-13-24 I go by recommend heat for curing and get cracking...and if i go to hot i might get dye migration. Just did 50/50 cotton and polyester...i had gun checking temperature..got up around 290 295 and ended up with cracking... Using wilflex bolt lc white as a paint with a polyester blocker..then putting a union ink neon pink on top..i had even heat press at 250 degrees for 30 seconds twice to prevent cracking..to only end up with cracking.. I know the wilflex likes to cure around 330 degrees . So i guess i need to turn my oven up to a way higher temperature then polyester likes...been screen printing for 3yrs now to feel like a beginner again..not cool .it destroys your confidence...and in this game of screen printing confidence is important right along with detail.....cant always go by recommend instructions..just use instructions as a start point ..lol.. Your polyester videos are 6 yrs old....things change....should I use a dye blocker..should I go to paint that cures on it's own as long as it hits a certain temperature and wait 24 hours....I like to push jobs..do embroidery also.. Would greatly appreciate a new video.. Thanks for this video also.the big guy has great knowledge... God bless to all...

Hi. Great video. Watched it at least 5 times. I do have one question however. How do you decide on the shade of colours and colours you use? How do you know what colours will look good for your particular design?

Great question! We go over that within the Photoshop Course. For this design specifically there is a section about the purple shade that is used. But in general, you just keep picking different colors!

Good video so what's wrong with flashing every color a lot of people do it and I didn't see you do any pushing with the squeegee why? Or is just preference thanks good video

Thanks! Here we're printing wet-on-wet, which can have a lot of benefits like faster production, softer print, color blending/effects, and much more VS. a print-flash-print.
