To evict her the day before her move, even though she made timely rent payments, was very spiteful of her. She shouldn't rent to anyone.

I am Patricia Calvin. That lady was the landlord from HELL!! She would pick up cigarette butts by the side of the street and knock on my door and say "I found this by your yard!" I don't smoke and NEVER have in my life! I don't even allow smoking in my house or my car! If you listen to the first video she say "You keep a clean house and pay your rent on time..." If you look you will see my walls are not dirty. Also, when she was in my yard you could see how clean and well kept the yard was. She would pop up all times of the day and even at night coming out the back yard. I started recording her every move! It paid off! She was crazy😳

She is beyond trifling!!!! She did that eviction notice the day before she moved on purpose to make her and the kids homeless!!!! You always reap what you sow!!!!!

I only laughed when the plaintiff said “you scared the SH- outta me” lolllll but I’m almost certain the defendant needs to never rent to anyone again. She is INSANE

I had this happen before. A friend of mine went through this. I'm glad I'm legally knowledgeable on things and research. It's insane the way people are. You can not file an eviction if you have an agreement. She too is not allowed to come onto the property when she feels like it. That's harassment. Plaintiff should've sued for more than 3k.

Omg I dealt with a landlord like that before. Omg he was creepy and always went into my yard, walking near both of my bedroom windows, unlocking the gate going onto my patio area, cutting the grass on any given day or time without providing any notice. He'd put my trash bin and recycle bin on the curb, remove them from the curb, he'd park his old old old old vehicle directly in front of my house, making my company park across the streets. He did a terrible job painting my bath tub where there was mold in my bathroom instead of going into the wall to see where it was coming from. The stove was so old you couldnt bake with a normal size oven pan. He had no idea how to repair anything too cheap to hire professionals. IM SO GLAD I GAVE A NOTICE AND MOVED! That was my 1st and last time, ever experiencing/ renting from a slum landlord.

I hope no one rents from here.
