I had the the same starter issue after my rebuild last month, found out I forgot the spacer washer between crank and flywheel.there is a washer on both sides of flywheel.

You will be able to hold more boost up top if you upgrade the wastegate actuator. The spring in the oem one really can't manage a ton of boost, it just creeps open.

I've seen 590 ft lbs of torque on an evo 9 turbo before. Peaked at 2.5 bar, it was on the MLR forum from a few yrs back. Mark sheed from MA Developments built it iirc

24:20 The cost of the pump itself vs the entire assembly ($500+). It's basically the same setup as my '05 Lancer ES except the fuel level sender is separate. I opted to change out the pump itself instead of the assembly. The dealerships and most shops will only do the entire assembly for warranty purposes because in addition to the pick up sock, there is an internal filter built into the assembly.

Finally! She drives almost as good as she looks! And she rips good! You and the big man killed it on the bodywork and paint so the performance bar is high! Stoked on that torque!

Also, those 16g turbos are plenty strong enough to make good power down low on a 2.3 stroker. I made 408 awhp with my 6 bolt 4g63t with HKS 272s on an Evo III B16g in my 90 Talon Tsi AWD.

The real evo does have a bunch of welds in the unibody to re-enforce the frame for so much power over the standard lancer. Since you don't have that you might consider some main frame rail re-enforcements.

I love the color of this car and it's amazing how the evo wagon conversion made this car look cool and I want one.

One of my biggest gripes with RomRaider on my Subaru is not having all the parameters I would like. Such as minimum injector pulse width to really dial in the ID1000 injectors on my Baja for that perfect idle without a bunch of correction.

I have the baddest eclipse on a stock block 200k mile 4g63t 20 psi garret t27 big boost turbo and i agree the down fall is the tuning and epa and just getting it to fire is hard enough and ecuflash is hard to understand and time consuming to tune but i love this vid shows even shops use the basics to start a good build if my tune servives i will be posting vids soon keep up the hard work and maybe one day ill be able to afford a real tune i have rebuilt this 2g 3 times 2 trans and 1 motor gaskets driven it a dozen times in 5 years thats the hobby life

Congrats. I had the same setup a year half ago. I Think a Fp Red with 2.3 is prob the best step for any 2.3. I also tried a evo 8 also with my 2.3 that fell flat on its face after like 4000rpm...lol.

4G63T 2.1 long rod 88 mm, 2.3 100mm, 2.2 94mm. 💪 300hp per cylinder. TRC built right and proper maintenance Which includes checking up with your tuner.

Finally it's running! Still waiting for you to give that paint a good ol' buff and polish to make it shine! 😁

Another variation is slightly larger than stock turbo but finely-tuned exhaust intake for more torque. Not a large turbo, but another option is twin stock-turbos, with intake/exhaust refinement). I was hoping to see more torque builds, tbh, most useable-power/fun, cause it sucks to have to wait for the engine to get power at high-RPM, this is way better!

I'd take the cash. I'd use it to fix up the car my mom left me, 2008 dodge charger sxt, I'd drop new tranny and engine, new paint job wheels and tires get the interior reupholstered and deep cleaned. Drop a 392 in it with a nice tame exhaust that still has a nice growl.

Fuel pumps are relatively cheap. I have a single Walbro 530 LPH Hellcat fuel pump and Grams 2200cc injectors in my 612 whp Civic. I like to have the overhead in case I want to turn it up.

1st of all Been using a modified stock Evo 9 hanger for over 4 years with a single 450 walbro zero issues (625hp e85) , so false to the tuners statement that they don't work.., and where the heck does he get a Radium dp for $250 , probably at his dealer price
