I know what you're talking about. It was released as "Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis" in 2001. In 2011 Bohemia Interactive re-released the game under the title ARMA: Cold War Assault. I suggested a second date because the first release had nothing to do with the name of Arma.

Ofp Cwc was the first open world game I’ve played. And its still in my laptop today with countless self made editor missions. The happiness of searching addons and making editor mission never instead by any other arma versions.

Arma's gotten a smoother engine over the years, but yeah it's still pretty much the same. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

true, but i consider it a good thing because playerbase can ruin a franchise. look what happened to Battlefield, it got popular, brought toxic players, got more popular and now Battlefield is a sellout heap of shit

Arma 2 is very good, especially the campaign. It feels a bit jankier than Arma 3 but apart from that it's great.

Don't talk bullshit. I didn't describe the DLC as separate games. I included all DLCs available at the time I created the video because many of them have separate campaigns.

There is a DLC that adds karts to the game, I have no idea why ... but they are ... XD

@@AllSchoolGameplays The Reason why is actually really funny: Bohemia Interactive made a post on April fool's day to Twitter announcing a Kart DLC as a joke......but people thought the karts in the the trailer were so cool that they actually wanted them in the game so Bohemia made the dlc.

First of all most DLCs are great and the newer ones are made by the community, also arma 4 is arma reforger. It was released

@@deaghostyt2217 arma reforger is not the arma 3, they released many arma games between the first and arma 3 but not all of them were called arma 2. The real arma 4 is yet to come. It would mean better graphics, better optimization, better multiplayer and gameplay
