Unknowly Person well a lot of people think that way but in ocarina of time Zelda passes herself off as a *male* sheika. Also in Palutena guidance they are referred to as a he. I personally believe it’s a he because Zelda uses magic to change into Sheik, so it isn’t really Zelda, But u can believe whatever you want I guess 🤷🏽♂️.
