Another quirks of the tanks in the 3D universe was how if you aimed the turret behind you and fired, it accelerated the tank to almost crazy speeds, like you suddenly had a rocket booster on the thing.

In gta vice city with the 'come fly with me' cheat a tank could literally fly if you fired shots in the opposite direction
