Just move on... do it for yourself... my ex has been in a rebound and I'm absolutely fine with it. She moved out end of April after me finding out she had been sneaky and meeting up with someone since January. Long story short - i wish her new BF best of luck with her cause if he would see the kind of messages she's been sending me some 2-3 weeks ago still, he'd jump ship in seconds :D

But it has been 6 months... he is still with the rebound.. I haven't exchanged words since April when his grandpa passed away. Today is his birthday and it's extremely painful.. I guess I can't say Happy Birthday because he didn't say it to me.

My ex dumped me abruptly after being engaged for 1 month and together for 3 years and 10 1/2 months. We were just planning our wedding and had the venue booked. Then she just ended things all of the sudden we talked every now and then but then she told me that we shouldn’t talk much anymore and she just posted that she’s been in a relationship with some guy for 2 weeks and this is 3 months after she dumped me. I can’t talk to her anymore so what should I do?

Well they can’t see what I’m doing we blocked each other on social media. We are on no contact pls he must have communicated right after we saw each other last before he officially ended our relationship😏 So he never was in it 100%. So what should I do now?

Coach, if i start no contact after 2 months of mistakes after the breakup (asking to work things out, angry hate texts, emotional texts reminding them of memories), will it work? Given she replies to me everyday, doesn’t necessarily address the concern, accepts what she did is wrong, says sorry but says doesn’t want the relationship coz she doesn’t feel the same anymore, that she just changed and she doesn’t know why. The breakup was abrupt and without any other reason, everything was going perfect.

My ex has been in a rebound relationship for 1 1/2 year.. (Second rebound since we broke up) They are living togeder and look happy ... I was devastated at first, but then I realice he seecked me for have se x once a mounth , we did it three times but the truth is I' m done with this situation , last time I said NO to him, it's like he only wanted to know if I continue wanting and wishing him... nothing else. Alex, it’s been a month and I’ve just finished writing my accountability letter, but I’m speculating that my ex is already in a rebound relationship. A lot of signs are there, but I don’t know for sure since my ex hasn’t reached out to me since the breakup. They still have to grab all their belongings from our apartment. I’m doing my very best to accept this situation and move forward, but I don’t know what I should do right now. I want to still give them my accountability letter when I eventually see them, but you’re saying that if they’re rebounding, I shouldn’t.
