Nobody doubted Usyk. Infact I never saw anybody say Tyson would win, objectively. That’s actually the only reason some of us wanted to win because Tyson was heavily overlooked. Usyk deserved it because he’s an amazing soul, Tyson full of sh** but I like how embodied being underestimated and proving doubters wrong. He came up short this time, but did his best. I think did better than Joshua. That being said, seems Joshua would beat Fury in a fight, but hey.

Teddy, that's called Ring IQ...Usyk is a genius-level fighter in making real time adjustments...something I only saw in Floyd Mayweather. Usually, fighters will have a plan and when it doesn't work, they lose composure and start making mistakes. Usyk, he is like a computer. He makes adjustments after adjustments in real time. He will fight round 2 way differently as he fought round 3. That is Ring IQ.

Teddy is bang on the mark....Usyk just knows how to win! Hes gotta big heart ❤️ in the early rounds in the fight Usyk looked stumped and it appeared that Fury had him figured out. Catching him with the upper cut and body shots and just frustrating Usyk. that was 3rd, 4th or 5th round from memory...Tyson was growing in confidence and he looked sharp. I have never seen Usyk look dejected like he had a look of despair on his face. But then just like that he turns it back around and starts landing again and catching Fury and then hurting Fury real bad i dont know how Fury survived that 9th round 🤷 God is definitely looking out for him but Usyk you just have to give it to him what a special blessed Champion he is so humble and gracious. Even after all the ridicule Fury put him through calling him rabbit teeth or whatever it was ....the man is special is all I can say. He deserves everything he has done. He will go down as the best in this era. No doubt about it!!!!! Tyson Fury could of had that title but you have to give it to Usyk now

I don't understand why some people are crying that the referee was bought or that the referee saved Fury. The standing eight count is a referees right to call. That rule has been around since the beginning of time. The rule is there to prevent tragedies of boxers dying in the ring. The problem here that no one is talking about is the although Usyk fought a great fight, he seems to not know how to fight Fury on the inside too well. Usyk seemed too worried about being tied up with Tysons wrestling tactics. Escaping a tie up is a well known boxing skill. Fighting Fury on the outside all the time leaves you open to those long arm jabs. Nevertheless, it was a well earned win for Usyk. He deserved this amazing win. Both boxers congradulated each other after a slugfest match. A sign of true professionals. The rematch should be amazing...

Wrong! The only things Usyk have better than Tyson is discipline and endurance by a little bit. Tyson is the best since Lenox. I’m not even a fan of his like that. But truth can’t be denied. Fury won. Easy. 3 possible scores. And out of all them Fury has the upper hand. 1st is Fury wins by 3 points. Then is a draw and then fury wins by 1 point. You can make the case for a 4th version and Usyk wining by 1 point but that’s a very bad score. I rewatched the fight slowly. Rounds 7, 11 and 12 are the X factors and the rounds to questions hard for me. Bad decision at the end. Unbiased score. Rematch is gonna be spectacular. A lot of rounds were tied. In boxing when a round is tied you score it 10 points a guy. When someone wins a round they get 10 and the other 9. When you score a knockdown is 10 points for the winner of the round and 8 for the loser of the round. If there’s two knockdowns by the same person, depending on how bad, you can give the loser a 7 and the winner a 10. Fury got 8 points in round 9. 116 a piece is a draw. 117 Fury 116 Usyk is the Fury by one point. Or 117/114 Fury. It’s very hard to make the case of Usyk winning by 1 point. But I can see a judge that’s never fought a day in his life do that. Fury did too much good to lose because of the knockdown. Usyk made him work for it but he got it done in the beginning and middle rounds. Honestly this was at worse a draw. I wish that last judge would’ve being like draw lol Run it back lol This is not the first time Fury is done wrong. The 1st Wilder fight he was also robbed. But at least they called it a draw unlike here. First score I scored it like this Tyson r1. 10, r2. 10 (tied), r3. 10 (tied), r4. 10, r5. 10, r6. 10, r7. 10, r8. 9, r9. 8, r10. 10 (tied), r11. 10 (tied), r12. 10. Ends at 117/114 Fury. You can make the last round a tie and give round 7 to Usyk and it makes it a draw at 116 a piece. Or you can call round 7 a draw and rounds 11 and 12 a draw and it brings it to 117/116 Fury. Nothing else is justified. Fury didn’t lose that fight. They gave that boy flowers for being the only small fighter to rock Fury besides Wilder. And a knocked down ruled on 9 was perfect. You can’t stop the fight when the man is still standing. Specially after you know how Fury can recover and get up. He was moving. He wasn’t throwing because he was trying to run away and also catch a breath but instead he caught them hands. It’s not his fault he’s built like a tank and just won’t go down easily. That’s on Usyk. A little more power and maybe. And a couple more seconds and he would’ve been on the canvas. I wish the ref would’ve let that happen rather than the count down he did, because that would’ve made it harder on Fury to get up in time. But a stoppage??would’ve been horrendous so I’m glad it didn’t happen. Again the rematch is going to be amazing! Fury’s weakness has always been his cockiness! I really dislike that about him! If he was concentrated rather than entertaining and flashy he would’ve won without a question but he had to be in his A game the whole fight not just a few rounds. You see how he fought the next round after the knockdown? His hands.. where were they? That’s exactly what he should’ve done the whole fight. Usyk had his hands up most of the fight compared to him. I really hope he fixes this and takes it more seriously for the rematch because he truly has the advantage out of the two fighters but because of showboating this happened. Just like when he got caught on the first fight with Wilder. He got cocky, put his guard down and Wilder got him to go down and on the way down nearly killed him with another shot. Again, Fury’s biggest weakness is himself. No one can beat him in his full A game. Great fight Usyk!! Maybe he’ll learn to be more humble!

Usyk fought great and deserved win. Fury was slightly dissappointing not to go for it in the times he catched Usyk quite good. But he can blame only himself for that. When it was time to take certain risk, Usyk did it while Fury didn't. Close fight which Usyk was more determined to win. Good for him and Ukraine. I am very happy for both, especially Ukraine needs all morale boosts possible under brutal Russian aggression👍

best fight analysis so far.. both guys fought well and hard. . its a heavyweight boxing match. till that big punch happens, everything changes.. we all know fury can take a punch, a knockdown and then get up.. but that 9th rd knockdown was insane.. Fury could not survive that onslaught if the ref is there ready to save his a$$.

Usyks punches from angles that shouldn't exist due to his foot work and being able to come in and out and bounce around where he pleases. Almost like a HW version of Manny Pacquiao in that regard. Being a southpaw also caused Fury issues. His conditioning is also on another level he could probably fight at the same pace for 20-25 rounds before fatigue really started setting in. He is a special fighter and could of been a champion in any era. He's very smart Boxing IQ wise, very crafty at making you guess where he's coming from they way he is always moving his guard up and down. A brilliant boxer.
