After 15 rounds each one being three and a half minutes he was still fresh and working on the heavybag, that's insane levels of stamina. The coin trick at the end is also incredible, his reaction time, coordination, and speed are on another level, no other HW boxer comes close.

What the majority of people don't realize is that these exercises build a muscle memory connection to both speed and natural reflex, he's going to drag this fight out and Make Tyson tired. People think Wilder tested his speed, Wilder tested his will. Tyson lacks the stamina to keep up with someone like Usyk. It's going to be like fighting a cat, but only a cat with powerful punches.

not really, usually you should punch on your height/chin/eye level in shadow boxing. What Usyk does is to have more flexibility and range in the punches, stretch the muscles more and let the hands go , so you can see in his fights, the combinations just firing up unconsciously and effortlessly.

the host says apparently he has been sparring 15 rounds, 3.5 minutes per round with a different sparring partner each round. If that is correct Fury might be in trouble. Im picking and hoping for an Usyk win but I just want to see a good fight and the right man to get his hand raised at the end. No robbery or controversy.

It is correct and Fury is in trouble: no 'might be' qualification applicable. Usyk was embarrassing the best name on Fury's resume in sparring (viz. Vladimir Klitschko) before he had even won a world title. Usyk just fought twenty four rounds with a super heavyweight (A.J.) nearly as tall as Fury and with much more natural punch power than Fury: and won both bouts comfortably by a country-mile. The hype-train ends this weekend.
