As the calculation for repetitions of months and quarters was not shown in the video and as I do not have access to download the file, I was unable to understand how it was done in Exercise 3, as I cannot do the same. If I use the formula =ROUNDUP(SEQUENCE(52)/4,0), for the month of March it gives 4 repetitions and in your example there are 5 repetitions. The same also happens in the formula =ROUNDUP(SEQUENCE(52)/12,0) to calculate the quarters, with 13 repetitions for quarter 1. Is there a video that shows how the mentioned calculations are done? 🤗

After recording the video, I realized I had overcomplicated the Exercise 3 Month formula. I would use the MONTH function and point it to the Sun column cells. That simply pulls out the month number from the date in the Sun column. The Qtr column is computed by dividing by 13, so =ROUNDUP(B12#/13,0). Hope this helps! Thanks Jeff

@@ExcelU Dear Jeff, The Qtr column with the formula =ROUNDUP(B12#/13,0) worked. The month column is apparently unnecessary, as it is being calculated by a column from the annual calculation only for conditional formatting. I used the formula =MONTH(INDEX(E12#,,1)) and it worked. I appreciate the help.🤗

@@JoseAntonioMorato Yes, you are absolutely correct ... I used the Month column for conditional formatting to highlight every other month :)
