“Sometimes all you need for exceptional results is average effort repeated for an above-average amount of time.” James Clear
Consistency beats brilliance.
Daily progress.
The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step… and you’ll reach it within a year if you go for 3 miles a day. I’ve been running 100kms every month for the last 4 years… and I’ve learnt a lot about consistency over this time. A few kms every 2-3 days and I’ll make it without undue suffering. A week off and it gets harder. 10 days off and it gets really hard. You don’t want to be coming into the last week of the month with much more than 30kms left to go.
Everything important in life takes time… and steady, daily progress

Great video. I need to take another step. That requires spending money. I was reluctant to, the regret swings it. Thanks.

Yes sir. Excellence comes with consistency. It parallels the idea that hard work counts more than innate talent. 😊

Pain of discipline, pain of regret - also in the present the pain of boredom if you are not challenging yourself.

It's great message and what I like about your videos n messages that they are harmonius with nature. Learning is facilitated by environment. Same video from a closed studio or conf room may not give the wider canvas or big picture. As a trainer for over 26 years, I find your messages concepts very practical and applicable. Regards

Thank you 🙏 and I often ask myself why don’t I just make videos in my office… but there’s something about backgrounds… if I am teaching, it’s in a classroom… but KZfaq I can allow the place to be part of the video as well

I love your videos! Short! Concise and very insightful, with a touch of tourism 😉. I always find it motivating and gets me thinking. It’s very humbling to acknowledge that you work at it too, to make that choice, to be productive and that it doesn’t come easy for everyone everyday. Probably one my biggest challenge but getting there and these videos are helpful. Thank you 🙏

52 bad Coner Neill videos??? Not a chance. Still waiting for the first bad one, Coner, with no sign of that at any stage. Not even a bad-mannered bird has managed to trigger that!!!
