EXCLUSIVE TOUR of a beautifully RESTORED ENGLISH COUNTRY HOUSE// In today's video we give you an exclusive tour a the stunningly beautiful restored Wolterton Hall in North Norfolk. Peter Sheppard and Keith Day bought the 18th century Palladian house in 2016 after it hadn't been lived in for almost 30 years. The house was built between 1727 and 1742 for Horatio Walpole. Keith and Peter are both interior designers and it's an absolute delight to tour the house and see what an incredible job they did. Wolterton Park also has 6 wonderful holiday accommodation, we stayed at the gate house which is also known as the Georgian Cottage and wish it was our house. We hope you will enjoy this episode. I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother, you have my deepest condolences. My mother passed a year and a half ago, and I still miss her. We have memories, and the gift of life they gave us, and the ability to love as we live. I'm glad to see you posting and continuing to share your life with us. This country home is simply gorgeous, they did a fantastic job restoring it.

So sorry for your loss of your wonderful mum..Kirsten, really sad news. I pray for your comfort and thank you for blessing so many with beautiful tours even through your loss.. I lost my dad 12 years and miss him everyday I did not get to see him very much once I moved to the US.. God bless.

I don't think I would ever want to leave the grand bathroom and the perfect library . The yellow room with the palladium window would be perfect for sitting on a ❄ winters day while it's snowing 🌨 ❄ outside . And the bedrooms are all exquisite and extremely comfortable and well decorated . Exquisite design and colors . Very impressed . One can dream .

So sorry to learn of your Mom’s passing, made me feel so sad....I could swear it wasn’t long ago that you & your parents went Christmas shopping at that beautiful shop filled with lovely festive pottery & gifts...I thought your folks made such a cute couple & I remember your Mom remarking on a tree with bright orange fall foliage....she lives forever in your heart & in these videos...God Bless your family.

This one is a “ DOOZY” and huge. The view to the lake is so “ Pemberly”( Keira Knightly version). How wonderful that the two of you are so like minded in the love of all things English history. Kirsten und Joerg! This was an absolutely stunning video! My wife and I just loved this whole country house tour. And yes, our favourite room would be the picture gallery. The 18th century painting is always so detailed. The painters of the period could make a more lifelike portrait of the subject than a photo in today's world. The whole room comes to life with these people. And as Joerg pointed out, the clothes from then, are magnificent.

I just realized your loss! My condolences to you and your family! I lost my mom a while ago but it still is always like a light has gone out. But the one thing I remember to do is remember the good times I had with her and all the love she brought to me. That will keep you going and make you feel like she is still there with you in your heart. I have no doubt she is. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. Be Well with love in your heart! Mein herzliches Beileid euch allen. Danke für dieses Video, es zeigt uns wie wundervoll man ein altes Haus renovieren kann, jeder Raum ist ein Edelstein und man kann gar nicht sagen, welcher der schönste ist. Where do I begin? This is how the aristocrats lived, big and elegant. Their inspiration was to show they were privileged and entitled. But your wonderful host was kind and giving in showing you the home. That wallpaper is art in itself. The furniture was historic. That chandelier was gorgeous. The view was priceless. But most of all, it was fun to see it through your eyes . It was my kind of history lesson. Your husband was right about the picture wall room. That was special. But you were also correct in that bathroom was just a masterpiece. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful tour. I felt I was right there with you.
