The rear doors are approximately 5" wider than super crew doors so the panels won’t fit without fabbing/heavy mods. That will be down the road.

Without doing the rear why bother , so you have miss matching door panels , not thanks

You could just put a new front and interior from a 2016 F250 inside of the excursion now in days.
