Executive Director retirement LAPD badge made of walnut using the

3 ай бұрынI was commissioned to make a retirement LAPD badge. This is 10x7x1 and took approx 10 hours. I used a 1/4 endmill down cut bit for the profile toolpath, then a Amana #46282-K Tapered Ball Nose - 5.4 Deg Tip 0.0625, 0.25 inches for the 3D toolpath. I finished will pure tung oil, enjoy!

I usually charge $200 for it. I am not. I just have a lot of friends that are and ask me to try and make things for them lol. Thanks for watching!

To be honest I would have went a different one. The little screws vibrate out often. The brand is dustimator.

So sorry for the late reply. I actually bought the svg file from Etsy then paid a guy to turn it into a 3d relief.

It's funny. The one you're working on isn't the one in the thumbnail. The thumbnail says 'Detective'. That's kinda weird.
