I discovered I had osteoporosis at the age of 43 after a slip on ice resulting in a broken femur.....fast forward 20 years later I am determined to maintain/build strong bones thru diet and exercise. Your videos have been very helpful - as I continue to practice many forms of exercise to prevent further bone mass loss. Keep up the good work! Watching from the prairies - SK. 🙂

​@@AIMFitnessActivitiesInMotionI like just osteoporosis only which I have iam 65 116 lbs petite I had a dexa scan but dont want to go to an endocrinologist i dont know how to read it😢 I dont want to be on meds either so thats why I like your exercises ❤

Hi Meg , I go exercise with a trainer once twice a week. I’m 56 and I have osteoporosis scoliosis since a child. I even broke my wrist with a fall 2 years ago and have a titanium device.. Always done exercise for that reason. When at home i practice with you. but the answer is if I do aerobic exercises at home watching you every day, do I do the strength exercises that you said to do two, three times a week, after the aerobic exercises? wouldn't that be too much? thank you ❤ from Italy 😊
