Dr Khalid Jamil was an Assistant Professor Urology at Sheikh Zayed Hospital and Kidney Transplant Center, Lahore. In 2003, he was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and was prescribed oral medications, exercise & diet control. In 2016, he was put on insulin due to increase in urea creatinine and retinopathy. The deteriorating health led Dr. Khalid on a quest to find answers. He started intensively studying Type 2 Diabetes, its’ prevention and cure. He consulted doctors but none were able to give answers to his questions. Then finally, he stumbled upon a KZfaq video of Dr. Jason Fung, that video proved to be a life changing moment in Dr. Khalid’s life. Dr. Jason Fung is a Canadian nephrologist who claimed 100% cure and reversal of Diabetes via intermittent fasting and some lifestyle changes.
A doctor himself, Dr. Khalid extensively studied Jason Fung’s theories. Now, since 2018, he is on a ketogenic diet and doing intermittent fasting with walk and exercise. He is off the medicines now and his creatinine levels are also back to normal.
Dr. Khalid is no longer practicing Urology and has instead made it his mission to educate people on social media about what he has learned & practiced so that they are also able to cure 80-90% of all diseases caused by Insulin Resistance.
Dr. Khalid is starting weekly lectures on Facebook & KZfaq on curing Kidney Problems,
Diabetes and Blood Pressure through Ketogenic Diet and intermittent fasting.

absolutely right.last 21 days I reduced from 96.5kg to 91.9k. حالانکہ میں شوگر بھی لے رہا ہوں لیکن براؤن شوگر لے رہا ہوں کیوں کہ چائے کے بغیر میں رہ نہیں پاتا اس لئے میں ایک کپ چائے پیتا ہوں صبح۔ لیکن براؤن شوگر کی مقدار جو ہے وہ آدھی ٹی سپون لیتا ہوںاور ساتھ میں دو براون بریڈ اور دو انڈے ۔ اس کے بعد پھر چار بجے کے درمیان میں تھوڑے سے بوائلڈ چاول اور تھوڑا سا روسٹڈ چکن لیتا ہوں اور ساتھ میں بوایلڈ بھنڈی لیتا ہوں اور رات کو یا تو کچھ نہیں کہا تھا یا پھر ایک دودھ پیتا ہوں۔اور مزے کی بات یہ ہے کہ جب آپ کاربوہائیڈریٹس نہیں کھاتے تو آپ کو بھوک کم لگتی ہے

@danish hafeez Diet is accoding to each and every person, understand the basic concept and make your diet plan accordingly, keeping your Carbs from 20-50 maximum per day & macros accoding to your BMI. For weight reduction set your calories 200-300 less then required calories. Do IF in addition to this.

You are absolutely right... I lost 9 kgs in 3 months.From 67 to 58... by reducing 50% carbohydrates from my diets... Now I stop keto diet and weight increased to 61 because I want to maintain my weight to approximately 60 kgs...

or Sir Dr.eric berg kehte hain k insulin resistance ko ghar per bhi check kiya jaa skta ha.....if we divide our waistcircumference by our height......then 0.53 k braaber ya iss sey kum aa jaaye tu ye normal ha...mtlb insulin is properly working and its senstive...lehaaza iss k baare mai kch btaayen jo log test fasting insulin kaafi mehnga test ha ni krwa skte kaafi log....or docri baat ladies mai PCOS ka bra masla ha dr. berg kehta ha k ye bhi insulin resistance ki waja sey ha plzzz in 2no points per aik lecture dain.

Assalam o alaikum Dr sab. Sir im suffering from high cholesterol and the diet plan that you mention in ur lectures is totally based on proteins intake. My body hormones are working totally abnormal. I have already left all kinds of meat, rice, sugar but still im gaining weight and i have yellow spots on my eyelids known as xanthalesma which through research ive found out that they are cholesteol deposits. My question is that with a cholesteol reading of 450 and above can i use proteinatious food and womt they increase my cholesterol, also ive been advised by many elders of my village to use desi ghee but im afraid of using it as i feel like it is ultimately going to increase my cholesteol level even more. So pls guide me as i want to start keto plan but am afraid due to high cholesterol. Thanx in advance

بہت اچھی diet بتائیں ہے یہ لوگ لوگوں یہ سن لو یہ آپ کو تین سے چھ مہینے تک لگے وزن کم کرنے میں اور آپ اگر ایکسرسائز کریں گے تو پھر تین سے چار مہینے لگے لیکن ایک دفعہ کا وزن کم ہوگیا پھر اس کو منٹین رکھیں گے پھر نہیں پڑے گا انشاءاللہ اگر پھر وہی کاربوہائیڈریٹ اور junk باہر کا کھانا کھائیں گے آتی کریں گے وزن ظاہری بات ہے بھر big again ہو جائے گا

Bilkul sach kaaha sara game diet ka hai mai pehly 75kg tha ab 66 kg ho 2 saal ho ghyee wahi 66kg hai or maintaint hai paseena or hard exe se kuch nhi huta doet focus karo
