Thank you so much, Cindy! I'm only 23, but my disabilities make it hard to follow the more really intensive workouts. This one I can do and it's super helpful!

This was very helpful for me to start up again after having to take some time off because of a medical issue. You asked about floor - my vote is no! I prefer standing exercises. Thanks, Cindy.

Have very much enjoyed these senior exercises and your unaffected approach to teaching. So far, after about a month, I've seen some very slight improvement, which has left me wondering what effect if any my medically prescribed diet of half of protein RDA is having? In other words, I'm operating on relatively little protein more or less permanently.
