I have dislocated my knee and got a cast for my left whole leg. I have been told to do strengthening exercises which involves lifting my legs a bit while in sleeping position. But the cast feels too heavy. I cant life my injured leg an inch, while I can easily lift my other leg. What do I do.

Can you suggest some knee bending exercises for a post op tibial tuberosity # please the knee got stiff around 60° and passively it goes around 70°-75° please suggest some good exercises

Sir can i do these exercises in full length cast from thigh to metatarsals and the patient is having acl ,pcl sprain and avulsion of pcl and tibial platue. Reply me please

Doctor mera nov 2 ko ek ligment break aur just 1.3 mm bone rapture huva tha... doctor said same 42 dys bed rest with same belt....today 40th day knee ke around swelling hein abhi bhi ,aur thigh muscle stiff hogayi can i start to do exercise?????

You can ice at the area of swelling for 5-10 minutes twice a day. Yes, you can follow these videos, but also visit nearby orthopedic doctor and physiotherapist for consultation.

Yes, there is possibility of stiffness. So it's better to take some physiotherapy sessions.

Mene near about 128 flexio kr Lia hai Complete kitne degree ho sakta hai Exercise regular 4times karti hun Kya normal pehle jesi leg sbhi activities k lie theek ho jaegi. Kitne mahine aur exercise krte rehna hoga.SLR b rojana isi tra karti hun. Is kalba kush aur necessary exercises suggest kren plz.

Hi sir mere husband ka 1 saal pehle accident hua tha and uske upper legs ki bone tut gyi thi and kush effect unki knee me v hua tha and lower leg v injured ho gyi thi or surgery ke baad onko kafi time bed pe rehna pda and ab vo Chl to Pa. Rehe he but still unka knee avi tk bend ni ho Pa reha . Kya aap koi exercise btayenge jo unko help kr ske knee bend krne k liye

Maximum recovery occurs in 3 to 5 months but it may vary from person to person.

Sir mera accident hou tha aug me knee freature ho gya tha 30 aug ko plaster lgaa tha 4 oct ko utr gya tha or hddi Jud gyi hai sb 1 month hone waala hai ma waakr le chalta hou meri ltt normal ho gyi hai phela ki tarh mud jaati koi pain nhi knee me . please sir reply me ma normal kbb chal sakta hou.

I got accident in December, but still I am unable to bend my leg 100% (July is about to complete ) . I didn't complete all instruction which were suggested by Dr. I have been visiting Dr. And just taking medicine. Please suggest what should I do, I don't want to take this disability any more.

I had a Schatzker 6 knee fracture 2 weeks ago, had surgery 5 days ago. I can't even go on crutches without being in a 10/10 pain.
