The Step Up, Hip Bridge, and Squat to Chair are great beginner exercises because they can be modified for most fitness levels. Perform these exercises with Correct Toes to help promote balance, support and proper alignment.

❤ thank you. I will add these movements to my existing plan. I’ve recently found you guys and i am applying these tools and techniques to my life. I’ve ordered the toe spreaders just now❤. I’ve also ordered some wide toe box shoes. I’ve got my work cut out for me 🙏❤️🩹👍. I’ve been seeing a therapist and dealing with planter fasciitis from over cycling ,feeling better every day., in addition, I’m trying to get to the root cause of my foot issue. Thank you very much.,❤
