I love how you have planned and got all the important (never mind how little or not) out of the way. Those are the things that play on the mind when one is getting through treatments & under the weather. One day at a time or even one minute at a time when it’s tough. It’s those days hours & minutes that are heading you towards healing. Lots of love to you Jane.

I must confess, today I’ve walked minimally around the house and that’s all. Yesterday I did a short walk up the street, and lifted some weights I keep at home. Tomorrow, being my last day of pills, will likely be the same as today.
