I’m not sure what you were getting at when saying people like high FOC nowadays and then saying yours is the opposite at 8-12%.

That is a good FOC if that is 8-12% without a field point or broadhead. If they are saying 8-12% with a 100 grain head on then yes, that is low.

This is just an opinion based on watching an independent test of your MMT arrows. I’m going to come out and say it, just in my opinion based on observations, these arrows are a gimmick. Firenok Kool-Aid has been not just consumed, but chugged. The Firenok claims of a more efficient arrow, doesn’t really hold up in the testing I’ve seen. I guess let me clarify Exodus is stating they are building Firenok system arrows, which is allegedly a more efficient arrow. That so far has not been proven as true, in my observations. Here are some examples. 453 Grain MMT Launch speed 296fps 35 yard Speed 277fps In 35 yards the 453 grain arrow lost 19 fps. At launch the arrow 88.11 foot-Pounds of KE and .595 Slugs of momentum. At 35 yards the arrow had 77.17 foot-pounds of KE and .557 slugs of momentum. 707 Grain Non Firenok (Ranch Fairy Approved Arrow) at launch traveled 236fps. At 40 yards it was traveling 227fps. Which is a speed erosion of 9fps in 40 yards of travel. At launch this arrow had 87.42 foot-pounds of KE and .741 slugs of momentum. At 40 yards this arrow had 80.88 foot-pounds of KE and .713 slugs of momentum. Based on that information which arrow is more efficient, certainly not the Exodus “Firenok concept based” MMT arrow. In reality it compares to other arrows of the same general weight that are not “Firenok Concept.” However, lets be real, will both arrows kill a deer, yep they sure will. So really pick your poison. I just don’t think that is an accurate statement to be making that the Firenok Concepted arrows (MMT) are more efficient than the average arrow. Either way, the arrows do look pretty sweet. They are a spot on match for the Bloodsport Onyx arrows, except for the arrow diameter.

Price is pretty ridiculous for a .246 shaft! Nearly 20 bucks a shaft…come on now that’s not cool! You can buy some .246 gold tip hunter pros for $13 a shaft and they are more than durable enough for hunting! I’d even bet they’re just as durable as these shafts without the fancy “carbon weave”

For a 28 inch draw length, what would the length of the arrow be cut at from the bottom V of the nock to the end of the arrow or end of the insert. Ty

You only get up to 12% foc? And no outsert option? I like you guys good enough, but this is no bueno

It’s .246 shaft. No need for an outsert with these. The second line of carbon shaft increases the structural integrity and stiffens the front of the shaft up. They’re tough.

I dont understand how to choose a spine? Is it just a choice of arrow weight? I have a 70# bow 28" draw.

All depends on how much weight you have up front. Sirius archery has a great spine chart, not to mention the best hunting arrows on the market. Hell they have ethics inserts as standard

@@mikeguy9668 Sirus had me around a 250. From my understanding these arrows are built differently. If they act like a 5 inch shorter arrow it really shouldnt matter what you shoot up front 350 should work for everyone...right? FWIW Im using 200 grain Iron Wills

@@denzerjeremy this arrow sounds strange to me. You can't even get outserts or a decent foc out of them from what he said. But if they're telling the truth and it does act 5 inches shorter then you may get away with a 350

@@denzerjeremy man to be honest I'd just go with a normal arrow. Black eagle, sirius, victory, all are tried and true. This sounds super gimmicky

@@mikeguy9668 I think when he talks about FOC he means without a head on it. So If they are around 12% foc without a head it shouldnt be hard to get a high foc when you add a head. Id like to try them. I dont usally like trying 1st hen anything but these guys dont strike me as a money grab company.
