right. well I suppose that spiritual weapons would be a manifestation of ones chakra into a weapon that suits their preferred style of bukijutsu. so any weapon that the user creates from their chakra would count as long as it could be used as a derivative of bukijutsu. the totsuka blade wouldn't count because that is not a manifestation of chakra, it is a physical weapon that does not require any external influence to exist. same goes for ninja tools, the kusanagi blades, the seven ninja swordsmen's weapons etc. madara's susano'o swords would probably count as spiritual, same with sasuke's bow.

His jutsus can't be genjutsu, since they have actual physical effects. They're probably some odd sort of ninjutsu, or maybe even some unique curse jutsu.

Hidan has a form of immortality that he somehow obtained that allow him to not be killed by normal means. ( He can die from malnutrition though). His jutsu has two steps: 1)He has to inflict a wound of some kind, even if it's just a small wound, and ingest their blood, which he usually does by licking it off his scythe or spears. 2) He has to make a the same diagram that he wears around his neck with his own blood. FYI: He can make the diagram first and then obtain the opponent's blood, it doesn't matter the order. Then, by standing within the diagram, any injury he suffers the target does as well. If he gets wounded outside of the diagram, it doesn't work. He can, however, link himself with his opponent by stepping back into the diagram. He also has very quick healing abilities (seeing how he recovered from his burns and his neck wound had nearly completely healed in a matter of 3 days) and he also has incredible stamina as he could still fight after impaling his thigh (and severely injuring a muscle) and being stabbed through his vital spots. He worships a god named Jashin that teaches the way of absolute slaughter, and even mention that his religion forbids "half-killing." He performs his ritual jutsu in order to please Jashin.
