The restaurent n offered menu is auusum.. all regional cuisines of India are top seeded when prepared with authentic ingredients n method. further you're eating rice with fingers, against spoon, which is ultimate style of eating indian food.

Alkaji Aaloo ki sabji khane ke baad aap ne koi compliment hi nahi diya. Muze idli aur vada khate samay Sambar aur Chutney eksath mixing kar ke khane ke bajay alag alag seperate liya to khane mein dono ka alag alag taste enjoy karne milta hai. Ye dekhkar "ये खाऊं, वो खाऊं, क्या खाऊं" ऐसा लगना स्वाभाविक है।😋👍 Today's special word "चटकदार"😂👍

Actually aloo ki sabji dekhne me bahut tempting thi but taste ok tha isliye compliment nahi diya. Medu vada sambhar was the best and unlimited Veg Thali was quite reasonable

Matchless Valli FF Center , Vashi - quality & taste galore ! Nowhere in Delhi-ncr, one will find this taste & hygiene ! As aficionados of S. Indian food - the medu vada , idli , dosai , thali were all very good with yummy sambar, rasam , chutney ... 🥰❤️🤗😍 to Alka Didi !

Hello Alka! Must say you are on the expedition of finding the most reasonable & tasty food joints. Medhu Vada has always been my favorite but prefer with sambhar & chutni separate. This one with chutney & Sambhar poured on the wada looks yummy too. And ofcourse the Satwik Thali @ Rs 100/- which now a day's is extremely difficult to find. The Curd I suppose they must have served for having with rice. One often finds tasty food in such small joints only, as in case of my favorite tapri wali chai. Thanks for sharing. Warm Regards.

Thats right 😋 The thali is not satvik, lots of garlic and onion is used specially in the matki sabji which I didn't like much because of the over garlicky taste but the other yellow sabji was better and everything else was good.

Another great value place you have found. Please describe the taste of sambhar. Is it sweet . And the rasam too . As the entire taste depends on sambhar, rasam, coconut chutney.

The sambhar was not sweet and slightly thick consistency like the guy said soupy. Usually you get this type of sambhar from the pom pom idliwala. Rasam has a dominant flavour of imli and was watery. The coconut chutney had tadka, medium consistency and was delicious

We too use bhuna jeera powder in raita or also plain dahi....tastes superb. This dahi tadka was totally different.

Wow! Everything looked sooo good Alka. Thanks a lot for this vlog. Shayad aapne suna hoga about this concept called Amma canteen in Tamil Nadu. Unke kaafi saare branches hain all over Chennai. It was started by Jayalalitha and rates are really very reasonable. Aapko 5 Rs mein idli wada mil jayega. I think this restaurant is based on the same model, because the owner is a big follower of MGR.

Aur ek baat batana bhool gayi. Tamil mein Valli ka matlab silver hota hai. 😊 I think the owner is new in Navi Mumbai. He couldn't speak Hindi well. Aur khana bhi pure Brahmanon ka nahi hai because kanda aur lasoon dala hai. Sorry, no disrespect to any caste 🙏

The owner started this idli vada and dosa stall 24 years back outside the neighbouring shop and moved in this one 7 years back but even I could understand that after the shoot was over from their children due to language problem. And yes, the sabjis etc. are prepared using garlic and onion except the sambar and chutney which is jain

VALLI FAST FOOD CENTRE DON'T GIVE UNLIMITED SWEET THE WAITER SAID TO ME " YOU KEEP ON EATING I CAN'T GIVE YOU MORE " THE CHAPATI IS TWO ONLY RICE & SAMBAR WAS SERVED MORE. NOT VERY TASTY BUT OK. I HAD FOUND IT NOT SO GOOD AS CLAIMED. MAYBE FOR THE VIDEO IT WAS SHOWN VERY GOOD.
