I have my own theory. It's not full proof yet but here's what i have so far From the looks of it i think henry did create bendy and did make the studio rich but wanted to leave the studio to be with his family, make time for them because he was pressured by Joey who always wanted more and giving him no credit to the succes at all. So the once best friends were no more because of it. And I think he wanted to start over on his own and was taking his creation with him, and that would leave Joey without his money making star so Joey didn't liked that, they got in an argument and he killed him. Leaving his soul trapped in the studio. Everything we experienced in the game is a result of that. Joey stole Henry's idea of bendy, making it his and did indeed made a succes of it adding more characters to it. But everything Joey created from that lie came to live in Henry's "world". Bendy itself being kept in his mind as the nightmare that caused his death, and distorted because Joey corrupted his original creation . Joey killed for money that's why he's been portrait as a greedy selfobserved man. I think that Susie saw what happend to Henry but didn't do anything about it and that's why she is the demon alice we see. Also i would explain the hidden message, she will leave you for death. I'm still figuring out the story of sammy but i think he wanted to leave with henry taking his music with him but when henry 'disappeared ' and Joey took over he was forced to keep making music due to contracts. Because i think that's what susie means with we can't leave here and the 'souls' they put in the ink characters are referred to contracts. The projectionist is the one who kept making the cartoons that's why he is portrait like he is. Wally tom and Allison are good memories of co workers that's why they look like the cartoon characters. the posters say work happy , because when you complain you might be killed. And the more succes the more grimmer and darker Henry's world get. The lost ones are all the people either enjoying or profiting from bendy's succes. Portrait as soulless ink puppets because this all came with a sacrifice... Henry himself. The phrase the creator lied to us comes from the fact that Joey did lie and made bendy his own not telling anyone what really happend to Henry. Even moved in to his family....Being the uncle telling stories to his daughter about her dad. I think Joey did take it too far and the studio was in trouble that's why it's decaying as the story goes. The giants arms in the pit are those of Joey... drowning in dept but still grabbing for more. And i think the studio did go bankrupt because of it. The giant bendy at the end is referred to the lie that got bigger over the years and the madness it drove Joey to. Joey's health did degenerate and he ended up in a wheelchair but i dont know if he's dead. But if he is it would make sense that the end didn't work for henry. There is no end if Joey died and took his secret with him. Maybe he felt guilty at the end and that's the recording we hear at the end of chapter five meaning Bendy/Henry never saw the end... never had closure. But he died before telling everyone keeping henry in an endless loop searching to leave the studio, to set him free. And if not he still haven't told the truth keeping henry still without closure.

I like to think that when you see the og ink machine, that's the cartoon-world version that Joey is wanting you to see before you switch it on then when you see the rundown version at the end of the game end its the reality of it and that is actually what it looks like in the "real" world/when the machine is finally on and you see that darkness fully

Alright I've got a few things to say. First off, this reminds me of the bonus level in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. When the game is completed, a museum level is unlocked and you can actually fight the characters in the game. Second, did you notice that the music in the background was from the Chapter 5 reveal trailer? Third, there is an objective to locate a secret passage in the archive. And Mike, you're going to definitely want to go over the previous chapter with the looking glass. I don't think it's over, yet. There's more to this, for sure.

I think the concept bendy would've been a lot more effective and terrifying than the one we got. I would have liked that one better. It's nice to imagine people working there 30 years ago or so as a cute little cartoon character travels through the halls, running into them every so often- but when it gets mad, its face splits down the middle revealing an absolutely terrifying void inside ready to swallow you whole.

Proud to see that the sequel was released for this game.

This was a great video, Thank you for showing us this! It was like being on a tour. I do like that they showed us the older models of some of the characters, some of the notes were interesting. Like the Butcher gang being made as 3D horror creatures then being turned into adorable 2D cartoons. Isn't that the plot in reverse? But the thing I liked the most was the artwork on the walls. I wonder if It'd be possible to get some of those as prints? However I'm also part of comments that's salty and confused that the Projectionist wasn't there. Even if we know all about him it would have been nice to see the model up close in game. (Without glitching the game or getting mauled) Also I was hoping to know more about the various posters around the game and the cartoon animations on the wall in Chapter 5 Throne room. But guessing that might have been a bit much? Oh well. I'll be sticking around for the theories and the handbook coming out next year.

It's such a creative idea to show some "behind the scenes" stuff, it's a small museum where you can actually roam around and look at things.

When I saw the end of the game, I thought “what if it never ends?”

Beast Bendy: "revealed the demon within." DEMON?!?! HA!! THAT WAS NO DEMON! At that point, Bendy wasn't even Bendy anymore. He was a monster. I'm just realizing that both forms of Alice actually look very similar according to the paintings. The whole place does indeed feel like a museum, doesn't it? So many memories...still can't believe that Bendy and the Ink Machine is now over. But it's a fantastic game, regardless: and to me, it didn't ruin my love for cartoons. It rather did the opposite and served as major inspiration for me to get back into using my imagination once again to to do the things I love, which I'm pretty sure happened to most people, as well. I love this game. :)

I wonder why The Projectionist wasn’t in the archives... Probably because it was a last minute decision to add him in. But they also used him in chapter 4... They would have had a hell lotta time to add him to the archives.

I think I added a theory yesterday Basically, there is this youtuber called Ertyz and he hacked behind Bendy's transformation and found out surprisingly that Ink-Bendy didn't turn into beast Bendy but was actually replaced by him. There was legit no reason for the hands growing tho. So, then I was a thinking that there might be more chapters of Bendy And The Ink Machine where someone might have to deafeat or make Ink Bendy good again. This is just a guess so I'm not really sure. I'm gonna have to ask the meatly. Anyways love the game plays I've only played chapters 1,2 and a little bit of 3.

The music in the background is really cool. It makes the place feel like an actual museum. It's like those museums with the jazz music, the red carpets, and the different kinds of paintings. Except, this one kinda looks like a BATIM wax/statue museum.

I’m glad you uploaded this cause I don’t know if it’s just a problem with my version, but when I entered the archives chapter, most of the signs didn’t spawn and the ones that did all have the description of beast bendy, and a ton more for instance, all the things orange and glowy like the lost ones eyes, the end of the ink tunnel, and the secret writing was all white and not glowing, character models popping in and out of existence during cutscenes, props like axes and such shaking about in cutscenes, and when subtitles appear instead of subtitles there were audio file names like when I played the tape recorder of wally franks fining a cake it said Archive.Wally/CAKE Has anyone else had these problems?
