About 6 months ago I started watching your channel, over this long cold Utah winter I started getting gear ready piece by piece and watching videos on how to cast, what flies to use and other things like that. Today I went out and caught my first trout on a dry fly in Southern Utah. Thanks so much for the high quality videos you put out, Scotty. They’re truly inspiring!

I’m passed the phase of needing to catch a lot of fish, passed have to fill my fly box, but never will I be passed just having to see what’s around the next bend of river and exploring! Your videos are very spirited, thank you!

Lifetime Utahn here playing the exact same game. Continually being driven higher and higher to find decent moving water. One of the Uinta's south slope streams came in clutch yesterday and saved me from fishing in a lake. Keep exploring!

In my earlier life you were limited to maybe watching fly fishing on Wide World of Sports or Jerry Mckinnis if you remember him. Anyway keep up the great work.
