Islamabad is a great place to visit in Pakistan with kids! (Or anyone for that matter!). It's a beautiful green city and very 'easy' to get around in. We enjoyed the Pakistan monument and sights of the city and found a delicious lunch at Kabul Restaurant with Afghani style pulao and kabab.
Lake View Park is a great green space in the city and relaxing for family travel in Pakistan as the kids can run around!
And it goes without saying that Faisal Mosque is as beautiful as it looks surrounded by the Margala Hills and visible from all around the city.
