We visited Frog Point,Almora,Kasar Devi Temple on the way to Binsar.
Binsar is one of the scenic places of Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The main attraction of Binsar is the panoramic view of Himalayan peaks.
At Binsar forest check post we had to get tickets at 150/- per head and 250/- for the car. Binsar Kmvn just 10 km. From the check post and 24 km. From Almora.
The Binsar Kmvn hotel, nestled right in the middle of the jungle, is a hidden gem. Despite being an old property, it is beautifully maintained. While the rooms are average, the stunning location and serene environment make it a truly enchanting experience.
At 9 PM, the lights are turned off and replaced with candles in the rooms and washrooms, plunging the property into darkness. This lack of power after 9 PM creates a unique, beautiful, and slightly terrifying ambiance, heightening the sense of being deep in the jungle.
The experience was unique and wonderful. The cold night was complemented by a serving of hot tomato soup, which was a blessing. The food was good, and the windy weather upon our arrival added to the charm of the place.
