The first song is Decisive Battle by Shiro Sagisu and the second song is Sure Promise (Union Square) by Toshihiko Sahashi.
I originally edited this MAD to the Evangelion 1.11 version of Decisive Battle but later found out the song is banned in 30 countries. So for this version I edited the original cut of Decisive Battle from the TV series to match the structure of the Evangelion 1.11 version. You can watch the MAD with the Evangelion 1.11 version of the song here:
