I think there's something we are not being truthful about, Ruto is running everything from statehouse thats why even the seals which were with the AG were taken to statehouse. Machogu could not make a decision regarding schools opening and Ruto had to be waited to come back from trip to give direction. Tuseme ukweli,state capture of all arms of govt. I pity the CS.s
