Brilliant demo Jamie, thank you. It is actually quite easy to connect the Osmose to the Eaganmatrix editor. But you will need to follow the instructions carefully, as documented on the EpressiveE site (update firmware first). I have started to make myself familiar with the editor and it is not that difficult, for example, to create a simple organ style patch using 5 sine oscillators. What is really impressive is that with one parameter (formula) setting, for the channel pressure Z, you can create a patch that provides immediate and very satisfying expression. Even by just having the value for Z drive the "amp envelope". I hope you can lay your hands on the Osmose soon.

7:33 I do hear that. OTOH you could "recover" and pull it all the way when that happens... I think this keyboard will popularize minor 2nd synth bends... everyone who demos one seems to take it into that phrygian vibe at some point early in the demo.

waiting for mine . expected January. 500 new instruments to learn . I shan't be trying to tweak & fiddle with the knobs , already i can hear it sounds brilliant. If you get a clarinet , why do you want to make it sound like a basoon.. I wonder if with synths with thousands of great sounds , have we lost our ear for individual instruments. This seems to have embraced acoustic type sounds & it's an instrument & needs learning. exciting.
