That guy is not telling the truth, why would the Police, who had cameras, scare someone so well-known as Scottie. He didn't want to do as he was told, because he was too important and was in a hurry to get to the course.. Obviously, someone intervened in this matter and it was dealt washed under the carpet.

It’s unfortunate that spectators yelled obscenities at individuals who are basically trying to make it a point that climate change is a real issue. I love golf but I understand that without a healthy planet we are screwed. Nothing last forever but we are expediting our end tenfold and nation leaders have completely ignored facts for decades. This was a peaceful protest and blown way out of proportion to say you were scared for your life.

I'd like to see mandatory jail time for incidents like this. I don't want to be extreme, but let's say 60 days jail time. Would some protester do this if they had to spend 60 days in jail? Maybe. Maybe each time they do it their mandatory time gets doubled. Eventually it would discourage these spoiled brats from doing this stuff. Until then, and with minimal consequences, they'll do whatever they want.

Can't understand why Scottie would have feared for his life! The protesters are his kind of people ..fellow law breakers...you know, the kind that get arrested when they break the law or don't follow rules. Unfortunately for these people, they won't get the same treatment as Scottie and be forgiven and charges dropped, while the security people get scolded by the media and all others...just saying 😅
